  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The customer service was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, making the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. I also want to recognize the manager Ilyab for providing exceptional customer service. He was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a positive experience. His leadership was clearly reflected in the way the entire team treated customers. I especially appreciated his attentiveness, willingness to help, and the way they handled everything with professionalism and care. It is always reassuring to see a manager who leads by example and makes customer satisfaction a priority. Thank you Ilyab for making my experience with Enterprise such a positive one.

  My first time to rent a car in this location was awful, another company sent me there to rent a car, they charged me instead of the company who sent me here, although I have told the Enterprise more than two times that the company was going to pay for the cost. When I called them back, the manager did not care about my situation at all and ignore their mistakes and even hang up my call even when I was still talking to him. This location has been managed by certain unprofessional people, and they do not care about the customer services. If you have other choices to get a rental car, please go there.

  I’m so extremely disappointed and disgusted with this place. I called hoping to find out the rates for a small sedan and was talking with ai. I kept telling it to let me speak with a real human and so it said it was transferring me to a representative, i had my whole conversation with them and found out at the end it was STILL ai. This is so inhumane and sickening, i kept feeling like i was talking to a robot but didn’t want to be rude incase it was a real human, but at the end I realized it was still ai and they lied. Not only that, the ai made the rates extremely high as i went in person to find the rates and it was 250 dollars cheaper??? I used to constantly rent with enterprise and now i’m done. Anyone who uses AI like this is extremely apathetic and inhumane. I miss when companies actually cared about human connection instead of using robots so they don’t have to actually do any work or pay more people.

  Very disappointing experience at Enterprise Wharncliffe I made a reservation with Enterprise at the Wharncliffe location and even completed the check-in process in advance. I arrived at the location expecting the vehicle to be ready, waited in the queue, and only after waiting was I told that they did not have a car available for reservations made within the last 24 hours. My biggest issue is that nobody informed me beforehand. If Enterprise knew they could not provide a vehicle for my reservation, they should have contacted me before I travelled to the location. Instead, I only found out after arriving and waiting in line. Because of this, I had to cancel all of my plans for the day, which was extremely disappointing and frustrating. A reservation should mean that the customer can reasonably rely on getting the vehicle, or at the very least be notified as soon as there is a problem. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but the lack of communication and customer service in this situation was very disappointing. I expected much better from Enterprise.

  Wharncliffe Road location has excellent customer service! My only complaint is that the interior of the cars are not always pristine. The last two times I’ve had to ask them to clean the inside of the windshield. There has been small spills or dirt from the previous renter on the console, dash area that I have not mentioned but in my opinion that should not have been missed when they are detailing between customers.
