  My wife was returning a rental yesterday and as she was pulling into the enterprise parking lot, the company that was cutting the grass out front, a rock few from the lawnmower and hit the rental car side window. My wife went inside the office and told the employee what just happen and that she was going to go get the lawn company info and the employee told her not to and that she was responsible for the damage. I would not recommend anyone to deal with enterprise as they are very unprofessional and when l talk to the branch manager he was not helpful at all. I will be raising my concern to head office as we dont feel that this situation was dealt professionally. I have been a customer for years, this is not what l expected for loyalty.

  New cars ,(1) lazy detailers don’t clean door cracks very dirty. Short staff no drop offs or pick ups! More EmployeesBetter customer service.

  We rented a Chrysler Grand Pacifica from this location and had a mostly okay experience. Booking online was easy. I booked two hours before and they had a vehicle ready for me when I got there. We initially rented for one week but as our own car continued to sit in the shop, we ended up having to keep extending for a full 4 weeks. The staff at pick up were friendly and whoever we spoke to on the phone each time we had to keep extending was nice as well. The vehicle itself was in pretty good condition and I'm thankful they had a van that could fit 3 car seats. Unfortunately none of the SUVs on their lot could do so, so we did end paying a hefty premium for the van, but that is what it is at the end of the day. My gripe comes from the fact that at pick up I was not told that the weekly rate included a discount. My online account implied a $64/day charge (about $490 after tax and stuff per week). I was able to bring a he van back 2 days early and when I inquired about the refund on the extra 2 days, the staff said no, when you rent for the week you pay for 5 days and get 2 free (this was never discussed with me from the beginning). I'd have been frustrated and okay with it in the end, except for two of the employees laughed and said "then keep it for 2 more days" and kind of made me out to be an idiot. But I'd never been informed of anything of this "rent 5 days get 2 days free" thing and it was listed nowhere on my online account. So that kind of soured our experience in the end. But pick up and drop off were easy enough. Location was generally clean though the lot was very packed. Overall just an okay experience.

  I've used this Enterprise location a handful of times now. The service I get is always 10/10. I've never once had an issue with any vehicles, I've had free upgrades and I get pickup/drop offs. The check in process is so fast and easy. Our car died over the summer and to save money we use do rentals now once a month. It's been such a blessing. Thanks for the best customer service! See y'all again!

  I had an outstanding experience. Thanks to Arun at the Enterprise Wharncliffe location. We urgently needed an 8-seater vehicle and had already searched multiple locations without any luck. As a last attempt, we decided to stop by this branch—and that’s when we met Arun. From the moment we explained our situation, he went above and beyond to help us. Despite it being very last minute, Arun took the initiative to speak directly with his manager and managed to arrange a Wagoneer for us. His willingness to step in and make things happen when we were running out of options truly made all the difference. He handled everything quickly, efficiently, and with such a positive attitude. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to get on the road in time and reach our destination without any issues. We are incredibly grateful for Arun’s exceptional customer service and dedication.
