  I had a good experience with Assured Auto. They were friendly and efficient, and I was happy with the repair they did to my car. Barney was very helpful and he knew exactly what needed to be done. They even finished the repair a day early. I would go to Assured again.

  ​I had a terrible experience with this shop. I brought my car here for a rear bumper accident repair, and their proposed "fix" was completely unacceptable. ​Instead of replacing the damaged bumper, they wanted to do a lazy patch job: repairing only a portion of the damage, leaving the rest, and spot-painting the area. They even admitted that the paint wouldn't match perfectly and would be "close enough," which would have left my rear bumper looking mismatched and two-toned. It was clear they cared more about keeping costs low for the insurance company than actually doing a quality job and maintaining my car's appearance. ​Thankfully, I got a second opinion. Another professional repair center immediately confirmed that the entire bumper must be replaced and the rear sensors properly fixed, rather than just patching up the surface. ​This shop is willing to ruin your car's look just to please the insurance company. Avoid them at all costs!

  I purchased a 2018 Dodge Challenger in February beautiful torch red. Then in May I was hit from behind. No fault of mine in a made it look brand new. I love my Dodge 2018 Challenger and it looks better. So happy with repair staff are awesome and special thank you Barney
