  The team at Enterprise was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they even checked in with us during the rental to make sure everything was going well. The pick-up and drop-off process was seamless and impeccable. This was honestly the best rental location I have ever dealt with, and I will definitely be using their services again! Highly recommend!

  Needed a car rental while my vehicle was in for service. The staff are very nice and thoughtful. Fast, accurate and honest customer service. They also went the extra mile to pick me up and drop me off at the auto mechanic shop. Prices also reasonable and a relaxed quick efficient check in and drop off.

  When a couple of overenthusiastic dogs turned my Jeep Rubicon into an unexpected canvas, I suddenly found myself needing a rental. As luck would have it, Enterprise didn't have a Rubicon available that first day, so they set me up with another vehicle to get me on my way. Here's where they really earned this review... By the very next day, they had tracked down a Rubicon for me and called to say I could come swap vehicles. They didn't have to do that, but they knew how much it meant to me, and that extra effort didn't go unnoticed. Matthew and the entire team were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making a frustrating situation a little easier. Great customer service isn't just about handing over keys. It's about listening, following through, and going the extra mile. I'm happy to be back in my own Rubicon now, but I won't forget how well I was looked after while it was in the shop. Thanks to Matthew and the team at Enterprise Lindsay for making a stressful situation so much easier. 😄

  I had a great experience renting from Enterprise. Matthew Khan provided outstanding customer service. He was very supportive, professional, and always willing to help with every step of the rental process. He made everything easy and stress-free. I have rented cars from this location many times, and every experience has been excellent. The vehicles are always clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. I highly recommend this Enterprise location, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Matthew. Thank you for the excellent service!

  The staff at Enterprise car rental in Lindsay are truly a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and efficient, picked me up promptly, provided me with a fine vehicle and the next week I was driven to collect my repaired car.
