  Went here for an oil change for the first time and it went pretty well and with very good customer service! However, following the oil change, I drove back onto the highway and my skid plate completely fell off when I was going back home since im not from the area and was visiting family. I was made aware that my skid plate was zip-tied upon arrival from a previous oil change elsewhere, and they informed me that they would secure it for me, but clearly it wasn’t placed back on with any care. This prompted me to visit an emergency after-hours auto shop to re-secure the skid plate back on which cost me 170$ due to it being past 9PM.

  This is my go-to oil change destination. The staff are always efficient and kind in their explanations, with no unnecessary recommendations. I particularly appreciate Pam’s professionalism. Jesse and Nathan completed my oil change today, and both did a great job!

  Had an oil change done by Johnny, Nathan, Aiden and Jesse. Everything went smoothly and super easy. No pressure for sales. Friendly and informative service. Could tell the staff had good camaraderie. Pleasant experience all around!!

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Great Canadian. I brought my Mazda 3 in for an engine oil and air filter change. Shortly after the service, my vehicle began experiencing transmission shifting problems. When I returned, the staff checked the transmission and added only 1 litre of transmission fluid. The problems continued, and during a trip to Milton, my vehicle developed serious issues. I then visited another mechanic and later Mr. Lube, where I was informed that my engine had been overfilled with oil. The vehicle contained approximately 7.5 litres of engine oil, far above the proper level. Based on the findings, it appears that the transmission fluid may have been drained by mistake instead of the engine oil, and then new engine oil was added without properly correcting the issue. As a result, I experienced transmission problems, vehicle performance issues, and significant inconvenience. I had to spend an additional $120 on transmission service and $117 on another oil service to correct the problems. My vehicle is now running properly, but I should not have had to pay these extra expenses because of a mistake made during the original service. I am requesting fair compensation for the costs I incurred and for the inconvenience caused. I hope management will review this matter seriously and contact me to resolve it professionally. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
