  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Enterprise at Alpine in Kitchener! I called on Saturday in a bit of a panic because I suddenly needed a vehicle for Sunday to move my daughter to Toronto for university. They had a minivan available, which was absolutely perfect for everything we needed. I was able to pick it up just an hour after calling, and the rate was very reasonable. I also really appreciated that because they’re closed on Sundays, I was able to keep the van for two days without being charged for the extra day. That made things so much easier. When I returned the van on Monday, I was already preparing to call a cab to get home when they offered me a courtesy drop-off. Such a thoughtful and unexpected service! Moving your child away to university is already an emotional and hectic time, and having this last-minute piece of the puzzle go so smoothly meant more than they probably realized. Thank you to the team at Enterprise Alpine for being so helpful, accommodating and kind. You made a stressful weekend just a little bit easier. I would absolutely recommend this location! ❤️ Vanya

  Had to use enterprise a couple times this year and they have been very good to deal with. The last time I needed a car at the last minute and they were very friendly and accommodating . I would recommend Enterprise and specifically this location.

  I liked how easy and convenient the rental experience was. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the vehicle was clean, comfortable, and ready on time. Overall, the process was smooth from pickup to return.

  Best car rental here in Kitchener, the staff is so accommodating and helpful. I made a mistake in booking a wrong seater car, they made sure to follow up and ensured I got what I need. For a stress free & professional car rental service I recommend them.

  What an amazing team at this location! Shout out to Stu, Yaser and Phoenix. Great friendly attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction. The cars are clean and any issues are quickly resolved. Just wish they were open on Sundays even for a limited time 🙂 so I can return on Sunday. The site doesn't allow it. Also, not that I've ever ran into this issue with this location but I like to return in person so I don't run into low fuel or damage issues that aren't reviewed upon return. Highly recommend this location!
