  Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve witnessed. Stewart was one of the people who assisted me, along with Brandon and Brendon — two guys with the same name but different pronunciations, and both were amazing to deal with. Huge appreciation to Brandon for driving me there, and to Brendon for inspecting the Ford Bronco — the vehicles mint! Thank you all for the outstanding help and professionalism. If you’re ever in need of a rental, I highly recommend going to them!

  This feedback is extremely important. I was assisted by the gentleman who was manager of the branch, Stewart during my car drop-off. I loved the overall driving experience however there were few hiccups with speedometer and speakers; considerably more when I was handed over the keys and experienced discomfort during conversation with a staff member who was still learning. However, after learning about my experience next day Stewart handled the situation with extreme professionalism and took the feedback in a constructive way while trying to compensate me the level best. Clearly shows leadership, virtue and their efforts by going above and beyond to maintain customer service. Highly recommending this location for customer service and their car inventory !

  Rented a car and first one had a bad oil leak so I brought it back and they without hesitation swapped and I was off to finish my duration with the 2nd vehicle. They even gave me a ride home when I returned the rental. Amazing service always recommend enterprise rental.

  My husband and I were provided with a courtesy rental car when our vehicle was being serviced for a warranty issue at one of the local dealerships. Enterprise was more than accomodating and provided outstanding service when the local dealership failed to pay for a balance of the courtesy rental that was clearly communicated from the onset that it was their responsibility and commitment to do so. They pushed the billing back to Enterprise and refused re-open the file to deal with their own corporate office as they had "closed out the warranty claim" when the first invoicing from Enterprise was received. The 2 rental vehicles that I were in were billed at the same daily rate for the exact duration of the time my vehicle was in for repairs. In working with both Yasser and Stewart at the Alpine road loacation, even though they were not responsible for the rental costs, they stepped up and covered the cost to ensure that their customer was taken care of and not out of pocket any money. I truly hope that Enterprise takes this further with the dealership to recover your costs, as this is where my frustration and disappointment rests. Thank you both for the outstanding attention to this matter over the past number of weeks. Gillian and Shawn
