  I've never been in a situation where I needed a rental until this past week. Scrambling to find a car so late in the day and last minute, It was a relief when we went to Enterprise on Alpine and they were able to help me out. I was given the keys to a very clean and new vehicle. No safety concerns at all. Then, on top of my 2 day rental, I needed it 2 more days. No questions asked, they accommodated. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by very friendly faces and so professional. Returning the car went just as smooth. If I ever need a rental again, it will definitely be Alpine Enterprise. Thank you.

  Best customer service experience I’ve had. The team at Enterprise on Alpine Road in Kitchener is professional, friendly and always willing to help. They made the rental process easy and stress-free from start to finish. I truly appreciate their excellent service and positive attitude. Highly recommended!

  very very bad experience at the location I use to come to this location more often and I reserved this vehicle 1 month ago there was a rule that 7 seate vehicle cannot be give on debit hold first of there are so many calls i received from customer service and they did not explain and plus on top of that the guy on the counter refuse to give me any vehicel and throw my driving license and was very very rud e to me i felt like racism and I was reallly upset as i had to go to emergency and he almost kicked me out of the location this is not the way to teat the customers I would never ever come to that location again or never use th Enter price in upcoming rental they should learn how to talk and deal with customer service

  I had a great experience with Stewart at Enterprise on Alpine. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a last-minute bind. He was able to get me into a vehicle quickly, which I truly appreciated. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, I highly recommend going to see Stewart at this location. He made the whole process easy and stress-free!
