I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with a genuine level of care that you don’t always experience these days.
The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and your team went above and beyond to make things easy. I really appreciated it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company to others. Thank you for such a great experience!

We had a disappointing experience with this Kitchener branch. We had booked a rental car for one week, but the branch staff, Dhaval Gurjar and Austin Lia suddenly decided not to rent it to us and cancelled our booking. As we understand it, the decision came from a misunderstanding over a joke. The staff laughed at the time, so we were surprised to learn afterward that it had become an issue.
The interaction felt friendly in person, which made the cancellation even more upsetting. It caused us a significant inconvenience, and I’m filing a complaint with corporate management. We won’t be returning or recommending this location at all.

Over the last few years, I’ve spent roughly $15,000 renting vehicles from Enterprise Kitchener. I went through a divorce, and during that time my car was repossessed by my ex‑wife. I didn’t qualify for financing, and I needed a reliable vehicle to get to work and take care of my responsibilities. Renting from Enterprise became my only option and because rental companies don’t require disclosure of repossessions, it worked.
During that period, I rented multiple vehicles from Enterprise Kitchener:
BMW 335
Ford Edge
Chevy Tahoe
Audi
Ford Expedition
The vehicles were clean, reliable, and available when I needed them. But the cost structure was extremely high. I was paying around $1,000 per week for rentals, even with full coverage. When you’re in a tough situation, you don’t have much leverage, and Enterprise absolutely capitalizes on that. But it was convenient and my only option.
I did take videos of the interior, outside and made sure if they tried to claim any damage it was covered and my rental agreement had the damage waiver in it. They did try to claim some scratches but hey hey now look at the contract and the videos. They were pleasant and simply backed off hahaha
One of the biggest frustrations was the extra charges. They tried to charge $50 for a GPS, which is absurd considering every smartphone has free GPS built in. It’s the kind of upsell that feels outdated and predatory. When you’re already paying premium weekly rates, nickel‑and‑diming customers for basic features doesn’t sit well.
Enterprise Kitchener did provide vehicles when I needed them most, and I won’t deny that. But the pricing model is extremely expensive, and the add‑on fees feel unnecessary. When you’re renting long‑term, the costs add up fast and in my case, it became a financial burden.
I’m sharing my experience because it’s true, and because people should understand what long‑term rentals actually cost.
Enterprise is convenient, but convenience comes at a steep price. I'm very wealthy now and will be returning in the next few months to just rent cars so I can expense it and don't have car payments showing on my credit report. GENIUS!!! Love you Enterprise even though its a love hate relationship LOL

The kindest staff and fast service
I've rented 3 times this year and each time every one's been super kind, easy to communicate with, and got clean and working cars each time
1000% suggest always checking in ahead of time, it saves them and you time, and prevents any confusion or misunderstandings that I've watch many people have as they come unprepared or haven't read what's needed to rent a car.
