- CACameron AmosApr 23, 20261.0Ordered touch up paint from them. Ended up taking an extra day to get it. I was told I’d be called when it’s ready. Ended up getting hung up on once and put on hold the second time. When I spoke to the guy he told me I’d have to reorder it since it’s not there. When they finally found it when they put it in the wrong spot in the store he quickly took me off hold told me it’s here and immediately hung up. Throughout this I was attempting to get a refund so I could go to a different location with better customer service but was told i probably can’t get a refund since it’s pre made paint. At that point they had no idea where the paint was
