  Very disappointed with this service with my suv. They dont do clean work, they didn't know how to put my trunk back together. I had to show them , what goes where in the right place. If you are one of favorites to do body work for the insurance, you need to step up the quality , craftsmanship and checking your employees work. At the end of day, treat people things like it matters.

  I had a great experience and would highly recommend them. Andrew was especially fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. Andrew took the time to answer my questions, explain the repairs, and ensure everything was completed to a high standard. The quality of the work was excellent, and my vehicle looked as good as new when I got it back. Thank you to Andrew and the team for the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

  Really excellent repair facility. The repair work was very well done and their communications were timely, complete and courteous. I hope not to need body work in the future but if I do I'll be coming back here. Highly recommended!

  Worst repair shop they fixed my handle and it came off 3 times after that they started blaming me.

  I had such an amazing experience with Assured Kitchener! From start to finish, the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Andrew, the manager, was so kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The receptionists were incredibly lovely and welcoming every time I walked in or called. And Lauren, the estimator, was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout everything. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such genuine care for their customers. I truly felt valued and taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend Assured Kitchener to anyone looking for outstanding service and an amazing team!
