  Hard pass on this location. Your operation depends on how you treat your customers. I read some negative reviews online and asked your team a few questions. Apparently, asking questions is considered “aggressive.” No customer wants a condescending response like, “You don’t need to get your car fixed here—you can go somewhere else,” especially after investing weeks of time. I hope the entire interaction was recorded, and I will let the owner decide whether I was being “aggressive.”

  I had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop. My car door had relatively minor damage, yet the entire process took almost 3 months to complete through insurance. This kind of delay for such a small repair is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the total cost charged was around $5,000, which is extremely high considering the extent of the damage. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not match the price at all. The repair job was poorly done and honestly looks like something that wasn’t even worth a fraction of what was charged. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the time it took and the quality of the repair. I would not recommend this shop to others based on my experience.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by Amy at reception, whose warmth and genuine friendliness immediately set the tone. She has that rare ability to make you feel like more than just another customer—welcoming, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Then there’s Andrew, the manager, who runs the operation with a level of professionalism that’s honestly impressive. Clear communication, total transparency, and a calm confidence that makes you trust you’ve left your vehicle in exactly the right hands. And the work itself? Outstanding. The speed at which everything was completed was remarkable, but what really blew me away was the precision. No corners cut, no details missed—just meticulous craftsmanship from start to finish. The paint work is absolutely flawless, perfectly matched and applied with a level of care that borders on artistry. You’d never know the vehicle had needed repairs in the first place. On top of all that, the shop itself is spotless. Not “pretty clean for a garage”—truly clean, organized, and clearly run with pride. I’ve seen some of the other reviews out there, and honestly, they don’t line up with my experience at all. Whatever those people encountered, it’s not reflective of the operation I saw firsthand—because from start to finish, everything here was dialed in, professional, and done right. In a world where good service can feel hard to come by, this place doesn’t just deliver—it exceeds expectations at every turn. Simply put, it’s excellence in motion—a place where craftsmanship meets care, and where every detail shines like a mirror-finish under perfect light.

  I came here to get my car fixed after someone hit my car, and this was such a positive and smooth experience! The team at this location were all friendly and did such a great job at communicating! I also loved that I got text updates with the progress of my car’s repair! When I came in for the initial assessment, they did a great job of explaining the situation for me. Honestly, I’m very impressed! I got back my car today and you can’t even tell that it was damaged! The best experience, definitely recommend! I’ll include some before and after pictures.
