I had such an amazing experience with Assured Kitchener! From start to finish, the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Andrew, the manager, was so kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The receptionists were incredibly lovely and welcoming every time I walked in or called. And Lauren, the estimator, was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout everything.
It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such genuine care for their customers. I truly felt valued and taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend Assured Kitchener to anyone looking for outstanding service and an amazing team!

I recently had my vehicle repaired here, and I was very impressed. The staff provided exceptional customer service, especially the receptionist. She greeted me with a smile and she was very helpful ensuring I was well-informed throughout the process. The quality of the repair work was great and my car looks good as new. I highly recommend Assured for anyone seeking a reliable and professional body shop.
I left my car in good condition and they removed my paint and now they are not accepting their mistake. They are the most careless people with no brains and trying to get more money from insurance. most disgusting place for your car repair. I left my car in hope they will fix it but they returned with damage. They are trying to convince me that paint was already clipped off when I leave my car there. Trust me guys if you leaving your car here you are making biggest mistake.
Be safe and do read the reviews before you go there.
Pathetic place to get your car fixed. Beware before handing over your vehicle because once they take it in, you’ll keep hearing the same line on repeat like a parrot: “We don’t know when it will be ready.”
I spoke to Steve today, and when I asked for an update, he simply said, “I don’t have an update for you,” then hung up on me and said, “Don’t call me bro.” Seriously? Then what should customers call you — boss? sir?
My question is: if you don’t know, then who does? Who are customers supposed to ask for updates?
Honestly, it feels like cars are intentionally kept sitting in the shop so more hours can be billed to insurance companies. Extremely frustrating experience with terrible communication, unprofessional behavior, and zero accountability.
Be careful before trusting them with your vehicle.

Hard pass on this location.
Your operation depends on how you treat your customers. I read some negative reviews online and asked your team a few questions. Apparently, asking questions is considered “aggressive.”
No customer wants a condescending response like, “You don’t need to get your car fixed here—you can go somewhere else,” especially after investing weeks of time.
I hope the entire interaction was recorded, and I will let the owner decide whether I was being “aggressive.”
