  Amazing service!! Explained everything clearly and showed me everything so I could understand what was going on. Very through and quick service. 10/10 100 recommend Noor was amazing!!

  Had a really stuck lug nut during my tire rotation and the crew made short work of it and did not give up, they got the job done and I am very satisfied with the service I got and the determination of the crew thanks to them I was back on the road in no time and no stuck lug nuts, very professional crew working this location! 10/10 would give more than 5 stars if I could Noor, Dev and the crew will definitely be trusted with my vehicle again!

  I had an excellent experience at Great Canadian Oil Change on my first visit. The service was quick, smooth, and very convenient. Technician sunny and sahil were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done properly. Manager Dev was also extremely helpful and welcoming, taking the time to explain the process and answer my questions. Overall, the team made my visit stress-free and easy. I really appreciated their friendly attitude and great customer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fast and reliable service!

  I used to think this place was great, until there was a problem after a visit where they used the wrong oil. They take ZERO accountability for this even after the manager on duty admitted the wrong oil was used by the tech. Now there are claims of both the Manager and tech being “confused” and the correct oil was used in the first place even though I was given a window sticker with the incorrect oil listed. Valvoline customer service line only pushes claims back to a general inbox for the location to follow up on. I’ve asked to speak with the franchise owner OR the a district manager since my conversation with “store leadership” and it’s been radio silence ever since. Would love to know if anyone else has had experiences similar to this because I’ve been contact with the folks at the Consumer Protection Act who will now me assisting me going forward.

  Have been going to the Centennial/Princess location in Kingston for my oil changes, but this will be my final visit. I was asked if I wanted new wipers, and as I had recently changed them I declined, as they were virtually new. I did need new cabin and engine filters, and despite the cost, I went ahead to save myself some time sourcing the parts later. The price you pay for convenience, I suppose. At the end of the service, they handed me wipers and told me they were free - great, that's nice - and they also said they would give me a manager's discount of $25. That was nice as well. I assumed that a bonus for being a repeat customer was acknowledged, and of course, I appreciated that. When the invoice was prepared, I saw there were wipers listed as line items ($16.99 and $14.99), and commented on that, but the tech told me that the price would be removed on the final total. Of course, the total was lower than I expected, and thought no more of it until I looked at my emailed invoice (I had also received a paper copy, but folded it and put it away before I drove off). Upon a detailed look at my invoice, I saw that while I received a Manager's discount (of $25), my coupon discount ($15) and a discount for replacing both filters ($10), the cost of the wipers was NOT removed from the invoice. While I received discounts, I still ended up paying more for my service, due to those wipers. If the Managers discount was supposed to cancel out the wipers, it did not. I ultimately ended up paying an addition 7 dollars plus tax for wipers THAT I DID NOT WANT OR NEED! As well, the 16" wiper package had already been opened! I didn't notice, as the wipers were passed to me together, and I'd thrown them into the rear seat until I could put them away. It's deceptive practices like this that really disheartens me. And of course, ruined what I thought was a good relationship with a company (and location) that I trusted. Sorry GCOC, you've lost my business.
