  Staff were very pleasant and efficient, my only issue was I wanted a sedan, which was available according to the web site, but none were available for my time frame. whey gave me a small SUV which was very good on fuel. so no complaints

  Excellent customer service, these folks truely care about the customer. They were very accommodating, patient and always friendly. They made a difficult situation less stressful.

  Bad bad bad service, on call tell they can't hold a vehicle for exchange and in person its always tomorrow, and luckly everybody is manager there.

  Great rental location with a good selection of cars and friendly customer service. The pickup/drop-off service is also very convenient.

  It’s always an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental bath road, Kingston Ontario. The customer service is outstanding from start to finish. The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and hassle-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, and they took the time to answer all my questions. It’s clear they take pride in providing exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Enterprise again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and great customer care!
