  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Kingston, Bath Road My husband and I have rented cars from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Bath Road in Kingston, Ontario, about 8–9 times, and every single experience has been excellent. The customer service is consistently outstanding. Every time we visit, the staff are friendly, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They always make the rental process smooth, easy, and completely hassle-free. The vehicles have always been clean, well-maintained, and ready to go, and the team takes the time to make sure everything is clear before we leave. What we appreciate most is the consistency—whether it’s our first day or our ninth rental, we receive the same great service and attention. We truly appreciate the entire Bath Road team and would highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for excellent vehicles and exceptional customer service.   Regarding my rental initiated on September 10, 2026, via TD Insurance at the Bath Road branch, I initially received a complimentary upgrade to a VW Taos. I subsequently facilitated a vehicle exchange with an elderly customer who required the SUV, accepting a Mazda CX-3 in its place. Upon contacting Enterprise five days later, I was advised to return in two days to secure an SUV upgrade. Despite arriving today, September 17, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. and observing several SUVs on the lot, I was informed that no vehicles were available and was asked to return tomorrow.
