Customer service was not great. We booked over the phone and they neglected to mention the damage deposit we would have to pay at pickup. And that deposit was almost the same price as the rental. Additionally the website says visa debit is accepted at the store but we were told they only accept international debit, not a canadian debit. Due to this we were unable to book a hotel room for this 24 hour drive because the car rental was almost twice as much and on credit which was not what I anticipated.

I booked a one-way rental from Kenora to Winnipeg in early September. The two staff were very accommodating and one of them picked me up at the docks to go to the office. The car was ready, a small SUV which we needed as we lots of stuff. No issues on the drive, a relaxing drive to Winnipeg. The Enterprise employee at the airport was also very helpful and assisted us in getting some heavy bags out of the car. Enterprise is my go-to rental option and I hope they keep the one-way option in Kenora.
