  Cons: I could not get any details on the size or model minivan I was renting. I was clear I needed to know because I was travelling to pick up furniture 4 hrs away. Only found out a few hours before my pickup. Also tank should be full upon rental but I'm sure enterprise makes money on the extra gas we put in for fear of a penalty charge. Pros: Van was clean and in good condition.

  Booking online was really easy when I went to pick it up. They were very knowledgable about the car. They walked around and showed me things about. It got inside with me showed me things about it. It was quick and easy when I returned it, they walked around it and told me there was no damage or anything that there would be No extra charges right there they were honest, polite, courteous they sent me an email within 20 minutes of leaving to tell me the price the car was brand new. It was clean. It ran well. The whole experience overall was wonderful. They were great. I have rented cars from other places where they were rude and it took me a year to get my deposit back that they were not honest I would rent from Enterprise again 100%.

  Terrible customer service. Multiple points of failure. Would not recommend under any circumstance. This is not a full retail location. It is a drop off location for the office in brockville. I booked a car three weeks in advance. I showed up at the appointment time, but they brought the wrong vehicle. The rep suggested I call Enterprise 1-800 to get the right vehicle delivered. They gave me a new appointment time a couple of hours later. I arrived at the new appointment time and there was no car or Enterprise rep. Called enterprise 800 and they had no record of my changed reservation. I booked online to make an entirely new reservation and they made the reservation and emailed me confirmation with a new appointment time. I called Brockville to confirm and they said they had no cars so they had no intention of bringing me a car. Spent a couple of hours on the phone, trying to sort it all out. No one was helpful, kept getting the runaround. Was told twice that a manager would call me back to try and resolve the issue. I never received any calls. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had in my life -Its like a phantom service. Completely unreliable. I’m not even certain they use computers. Ended up booking what I needed from Avis and it was a pain-free process
