During my visit, Mark used abusive and disrespectful language toward me. I found his behavior completely inappropriate and unacceptable, especially from an employee dealing with customers. I believe this incident should be taken seriously. I would appreciate it if management could review what happened and address the employee’s behavior appropriately. Customers should be treated with professionalism and respect
