  Visited them for the first time, great service and professional staff, would surely visit again. Kudos to Lucas for smooth booking and Aastha for handing over the car and explaining the charges and 5 star to Sam for his efficient assistance and great customer satisfaction.   I rented from Palladium office. Very good experience. Fast and efficient. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I wish they would give special discount for frequent customers. 😀

  Great customer service both times I had renters from them. Omar and Sam were very kind and helpful. Did not take a long time to get myself situated. Would highly recommend renting from them and will definitely rent from this location next time I’m in town.

  I was suppose to get a premium car because our audi got smashed by a drunk person during an attempted B&E at our home. We went here to pick up and a vehicle and they had none available. They then gave us arguably one of the worst vehicles on the lot. I understand it was busy and such but still unacceptable. The staff were extremely nice and its the only reason I didnt give them a one star review.

  Completely Unreliable Service and Wasted Time I made a 5-day reservation with Enterprise. To ensure everything was set, I called the branch directly earlier in the afternoon to confirm my booking. The representative on the phone explicitly confirmed that a car would be available for me. ​When I arrived at the location, I was shocked to be told they had zero cars available and were completely fully booked. ​When I asked why I was told over the phone that a vehicle was ready, the local staff informed me that if the branch line isn't answered, calls automatically redirect to central customer support—without any indication to the caller. How is a customer supposed to know they’ve been transferred to a general agent who clearly has no visibility into real-time local lot inventory? The representative on the phone confirmed availability, yet the branch couldn't honor it. ​To make matters worse, central customer care opened a "highest priority" complaint ticket for me on the spot, but even that led to zero resolution or immediate help. ​My entire 5-day trip and plans were completely ruined by Enterprise's total lack of communication, accountability, and mismanaged system. Absolute disappointment , I will not be booking with them again.
