  Rude.. situation was understandable but my the way i was given the response for unavailability of the car , I will avoid going at this particular location at any cost🙂

  I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the team at Enterprise Kanata truly deserves one. I’ve been coming to this location for a while, and every visit has been a great experience. The energy of the team, the care they show, and how friendly everyone is—it’s honestly outstanding. They’ve always gone above and beyond my expectations. We usually rent SUVs or minivans, and the vehicles have always been great and suited our needs. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Lucas, Sam, and Astha, and every one of them has been exceptional. My latest interaction was with Sam. He was fast, kind, listened to exactly what I was asking for, and made sure we were well taken care of. Five stars for sure. Keep up the amazing work—you guys are the best!

  Rental Office, Great, Car Rental Itself - not so good. Back in November 2025 we decided to rent a vehicle (a gray Volkswagen Taos) to use it to drive to Toronto following day. When I picked it up that Sunday I was surprised how efficient well-organized the staff were. In fact the above vehicle was not even the one I reserved, it was an upgrade at no cost. Now the reason I only am giving a 3-star (and not a 5-star as these guys truly deserved it) is the driving car experience - it was nerve-wrecking horrible. Out of the blue while driving through the virtually empty dark Hwy 7 past Madoc the oil-lamp indicator turned orange. I read the instructions and mentioned that either the oil pressure was too low or too high and that I should stop driving immediately! Can you believe that!! I could not reach Enterprise since it was almost 7pm on a Sunday. For 1/2 hr I tried to obtain info from the Internet if this kind of issue was normal (shouldn't as it was a brand-new Taos model). As it turned out the folk from the Pearson Airport branch told me that some of their VW Taos had issues with faulty sensors and should have not worried about it. Worried!? I was like hell not knowing if should I proceed or not. Arrived in Toronto at 9:30pm with no further issue (but the damn amber sensor was still on). In other words I ended up with an upgraded defective vehicle.

  I had to rent two cars from this enterprise over the past few weeks and they were always absolutely incredible to deal with. The second time around, I ran into a ton of traffic on the highway and ended up being a little late to my drop off time and they were so reassuring, calm and understanding. They didn’t charge me any extra, and were just so incredibly kind the whole time. The pricing was great, waaaaaaay better than another local rental car place in Kanata. Just such a great experience both times. Will definitely be back when another rental is necessary!

  Assem Elkhaboli and his team provided top notch service for my Sept 11- 13, 2026 rental, including team members who picked me up and dropped me off at my home and the front desk staff who checked me in and out, all being very friendly, courteous and going the extra step to make sure that I would be satisfied with my rental experience .
