  Pleased with the customer service at the Stoney Creek location. The vehicle we rented was very comfy for the long drive to the east coast.

  I am very disappointed with my last rental experience. First, I had to wait approximately one hour before I was given a vehicle. This was a significant inconvenience and delayed my plans. When I finally received the car, I found its performance to be very poor. The acceleration and pickup were extremely weak, making it difficult to merge into traffic and drive confidently. I also discovered a spider inside the vehicle, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about the cleanliness and inspection of the car before it was rented. After experiencing all of these issues, I was only offered a $15 refund. I do not believe this fairly reflects the inconvenience and poor quality of service I received. I do have photos as well

  Customer Service is excellent at the Barton Street East in Hamilton location. Wide variety of vehicles on their lot and any questions I had about renting, they were answered promptly and efficiently. I wasn't disappointed.

  shout out white boy (i didnt get his name unfortunately) at the front for an insane recommendation for a food spot, I have been there 3 times since last week when he told me about it. Fire spot, uncle sams bbq
