- PSPaul Scherer1 day ago1.0Rude staff, didn't inspect the car - had a broken headlight and had to spend time out of our vacation to find another enterprise to exchange. Car that was given to us was not cleaned. I hope this is not the normal experience for everyone.

I expect they should provide washer fluid for their rental vehicles. Update: still no response from enterprise. Ive contacted them twice now
- CHChris HarrisonAug 2, 20261.0They charged me $127 for nothing. Sent a receipt for $17.26, but no description of what it was for, and then told me the balance was for tolls. Lol. I had the car one day and drove around Hamilton. And regardless they didnt have that receipt. They told ne I had to call the head iffice, which ended up being a comapny that cut trees down. They wouldn't answer my next 3 calls. Visa declared it was fraud and I got the money back, but check your statements when renting from these crooks! Im sure there taking a little from everyone!!! Update. No Kim works here. I tried to get her my information. This place is a psy-op.
