  Excellent team here very educated in the business professional and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend to any family and friends. Do not hesitate to use this location at Rymal & Upper Ottawa. Or any enterprise organization.

  Extremely disappointed with our experience at Enterprise. My husband doesn’t have a credit card, so I went with him to use mine for the rental. This is something we have done before with no issues, including with Enterprise two years ago when our transmission was being repaired. We dropped our vehicle off at the shop this morning and had already reserved a rental for the week, only to be told they would not accept my credit card because I don’t drive and don’t have a G2 or G license. Apparently this is their policy. When I asked about using debit instead, they said they would require pay stubs, proof of insurance, and additional ID. It’s 2026, how does a major rental company not have a simple credit card authorization form for situations like this? The entire process felt unnecessarily difficult and inconvenient for loyal paying customers. We left without a vehicle and wasted valuable time after already arranging repairs for our car. Enterprise has lost us as customers for life, and I will not be recommending them to

  I had a reservation scheduled for 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 18. Due to traffic, I arrived at 12:15 PM. Upon arrival, the representative was preparing to close and refused to assist me, stating that the system had already been locked. There was no effort made to accommodate or support, despite my being a consistent customer for the past two years. As a result, I was forced to arrange alternative transportation via Uber simply to proceed with my rental. While I acknowledge my 15-minute delay, I find the lack of flexibility and customer consideration disappointing, particularly given my loyalty and the fact that this is my first negative experience. I would have expected a more customer focused approach in this situation

  Great service. They really take care of their customers. I rented 2 cars and the service was awesome. The workers deserves credit for their excellent customer service 👏. Especially the Indian guy. Not sure what his name is. They are all pleasant. The last 3 months was a roller coaster with my insurance company. However, they put me back in a vehicle that makes me feel like I was back in my own. Thanks to the workers. Highly recommend. Best
