  Una experiencia excelente, sobre todo gracias a John. Habla español y nos atendió de maravilla, explicándonos todo perfectamente y con muchísima amabilidad. Además, tuvo el gran detalle de venir expresamente a entregarnos el coche al día siguiente, siendo su día libre. Un gesto que demuestra su gran profesionalidad y compromiso con el cliente. ¡Trabajadores así no se encuentran todos los días! Da gusto encontrarse con personas tan atentas y profesionales. ¡Mil gracias, John, por todo! 🚗🙏🏻

  Very satisfied with the face‑to‑face service at this Enterprise location after I made the reservation in advance online. They called the day before to confirm my rental details, which I really appreciated. Jhon was very professional and courteous during pick‑up, taking the time to reconfirm all the options I had selected. If peace of mind matters to you, choose everything - it’s worth it. The vehicle I reserved was ready and exactly as expected. Jhon checked everything over before I drove off, which added an extra layer of reassurance. Drop‑off was simple and quick. Recommend!

  Came in after getting into a bad car accident, and had the pleasure of meeting Jake Wade. He was nothing short of understanding, empathetic, and helpful throughout the entire process. In all the times I rented a vehicle, this experience was above anything I ever had previously, moving forward I will definately only be renting with enterprise thanks to the personable experience I had with Jake.

  Absolutely outstanding experience at the Enterprise location on Upper James! Jake and Mert were amazing from start to finish. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process so easy and stress free. The RAV4 they gave me was absolutely pristine. It was spotless inside and out and drove like a dream. I honestly enjoyed driving it so much that I’ve decided a RAV4 will be my next vehicle! The customer service really stood out to me. Jake and Mert made sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience such a positive one. It’s refreshing to deal with people who are genuinely friendly and great at what they do. I would absolutely rent from this location again and highly recommend them. Thank you Jake and Mert for such a great experience!

  Absolutely disgraceful experience - avoid this location. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After my accident, I had no choice but to rent a vehicle from this Enterprise location on Upper James. The first car they gave me absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. When I brought it back, I was told they “didn’t know about it,” which only tells me one thing: they clearly are not properly inspecting their vehicles before handing them to customers. They then put me into a Mercedes. Once again, no inspection was done with me present. Nobody walked around the vehicle, nobody pointed out existing damage, and they marked the car as having no damage. I trusted that their paperwork was accurate. When I returned the vehicle, they immediately claimed the side mirror was broken and told me I was responsible for paying for it. It’s unbelievable that they can skip inspections when they hand you the car, then suddenly “find” damage the second you bring it back. That is an absolutely unacceptable way to do business. To make matters even worse, when I called to complain, the employee who answered the phone was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening, he repeatedly interrupted me, told me to “calm down,” and spoke over me while raising his voice. The conversation escalated to the point where we were both yelling because he refused to let me speak. I eventually had to demand to speak to a manager because his behaviour was completely unacceptable. This entire location seems to operate with zero accountability. They don’t properly inspect their vehicles, they hand out cars in unacceptable condition, and then try to pin damage on customers. On top of that, their staff clearly have no idea how to speak to people professionally. I would never rent from this Enterprise location again and would strongly recommend that anyone else take their business elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, the accusations, and the incredibly poor customer service.
