- BABailey AleksandrApr 24, 20261.0I visited Carquest Auto Parts last week and had a pretty disappointing experience. I dealt with a counter employee named William after waiting in line, and unfortunately his attitude really stood out, in a bad way. While I was waiting, I could hear him speaking to both customers and other employees in a rude and snarky tone. When it was my turn, the interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customer service makes a big difference, especially in a place where people may already be stressed about car issues, so this was frustrating. I hope management addresses this because it definitely impacts the overall experience.

I was put on hold 40 minutes before I gave up. Should have been a simple yes or no. If they do it's definitely a popular item. The guy on Sunday is incredibly under qualified. Terrible experience.
