  I recently had my vehicle with Assured for repairs after being on the receiving end of a hit and run. From my first interaction at the main desk (I realize writing this that I never got the name of the lady I spoke with), I had a good feeling about Assured. This was solidified when we met our assessor, Becca. Becca was wonderful in every aspect – she listened to our concerns, explained everything in detail, was very honest and forthcoming with us, and understood and empathized with our fears that our vehicle might be written off (it’s an older vehicle) despite the damage being 1) completely not our fault, and 2) cosmetic in nature. Fast forward a few weeks, and our vehicle is back and looking incredible. The quality of the work done by the crew at Assured is genuinely impressive. When we collected the vehicle, the screen was acting up – constantly beeping and randomly going from setting to setting. We called Becca, who immediately told us to bring the vehicle back and set about finding out what was wrong, despite being confident that it would not be connected to the work done by Assured. It turns out that there was a recall on the screen (that, of course, was not widely communicated by the manufacturer), and the associated cost to repair through the dealer was not insignificant, especially after just paying the deductible for the claim. Becca sourced an after-market screen, and had it installed for us, for a far more reasonable cost, which was above and beyond what she had to do. In terms of customer service, we really could not have asked anything more of Becca. You hope to never find yourself the victim of a hit and run. If you do, I cannot recommend Assured enough as the place to go.

  They did a fabulous job on my car and from the problems that occurred on my front bumper they kept me informed and were very apologetic for the issues that occurred on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for bodywork. They did a great job detailing my car which was a very pleasant surprise. Special thank you to all the staff for being very helpful and showing how much they cared about the customer experience.

  My dear God, what service I received today August 14th 2026 on my Audi. Ms.Vanessa, ms. Rebecca and the workers were amazing. 👏 I am a Senior who worked in Client Care for one of the big Banks. I was referred to this amazing Company by a friend. I live in Oakville, so it's a long way from home. However, I would go back there anytime. I would also refer them to friends and family. From my heart ❤️ 💙 💜 a great big thank you to an amazing TEAM....
