  I have rented cars many times, but the customer service is usually not up to the mark. However, the Enterprise location in Hespeler is truly top-notch in every aspect. The staff treat their customers like family and always go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I really appreciate their professionalism and the effort they put into keeping their vehicles in great condition. Highly recommended!

  Always receive great service and great rates when renting with Enterprise. Shout out to the Gordon St team in downtown Guelph. They are the best!

  My insurance approved a luxury SUV while GLS gets repaired. Enterprise Hydepark London location promised Audi Q3 but gave me Nissan Rogue which had 32000 kms on it and it stinks. Its tires are not good enough for Canadian winter. I almost died on 401. The vehicle skids for fun. I had to drive 100 kms at 50-60 kph to arrive at detonation. I called Hydepark London location to please change the car with anything better before Saturday EOD as I need to travel Monday early in the morning. I was promised the resolution but no one called and the office was already closed by noon when I called. I’m stranded now.
