  Exceptional experience renting a cargo van with Enterprise. Booking online was easy and almost half the price of other companies. They called a few days before to confirm details for pickup and the actual pickup process was efficient. The employees were very friendly and took time to explain each part of the rental contract and the vehicle inspection, without ever seeming condescending or pushy. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. The return process was equally quick and easy, and I was even given a $30 gas credit for returning the van with a bit more gas than it had come with. They offered the credit without me even having to ask about it! The person at both check in and return made sure to ask if I had any questions or if there was anything they could do to make my experience better. Highly recommend Enterprise for your truck rental needs!

  I had a great experience with this location! Lukas was extremely polite, professional and helpful! He explained everything clearly and even took the time to point out that my driver's license is soon going to expire-I really appreciate things like that! Th location is great, friendly staff, the service was quick and efficient! Highly recommended

  My insurance company uses Enterprise exclusively, so while my car was being checked out after a flood, I was sent here. I was about three hours from where I live, and in the middle of helping my parents move when I lost my car, and Enterprise came through with a pickup with a hitch so I could finish the move. My only trouble was when it came time to return the vehicle. I was informed that I could only return the truck to the location I rented it from, even though there were several enterprise locations closer to home. I had to take the day off of work, and arrange for a pickup to handle getting home. It was an ordeal to set up. Imagine my dismay when I got the truck back to the original location, and I was told that I did not in fact have to return it there. I had to call in favours and take time off of work to do something that wasn't even necessary. They apologized up and down, but it didn't really help. I was going to need some way to get to Guelph to meet my ride home to Mount Forest, and they said that I could just take the truck to the Guelph location. So I got back in and did just that. It all worked out in the end, but with so much more fuel and time and trouble than was necessary.

  we rented a car in July and left our EZ pass in the rental car. we called and informed them and we were told they will call us back. They never called us back for an update and we had to keep calling them to follow up. On our 4th call ( several weeks after) we were told the vehicle was dropped in a different province. This would have been prevented and the EZ pass would have been returned to us if the person we talked to on our first call was diligent enough to check and take note of our issue.they keep promising to call us back but never follow through.
