  Personnel were very helpful and informative. Vehicle was ready for pickup and checkout was an easy process. Have rented from this individual location numerous times and find the staff here top notch. Will definitely be back.

  I had a car-rental from my insurance while my car was being repaired. Originally I was supposed to rent a car that was the same as my car, but that car wasn't available and I was given a different car. However, as soon as I left the parking lot, I realized I couldn't drive this car for a week. It was uncomfortable and I couldn't reach the pedals comfortably. I called Enterprise back and they arranged for me to pick another car that same day. They offered me a car that was more suitable for me and after I tried it, it felt perfect. They called back later to make sure I was comfortable with the car. Great customer service.

  I had car trouble with my personal vehicle and needed a replacement while it was in the shop. I walked into Enterprise and less than 15 minutes I was driving home. No reservation, no heads up phone call, just walked in. The customer service was awesome. Not just with me but with all the customers I seen there. Big thanks to Lucas for going above and beyond. 👍🏻👍🏻

  We had such an amazing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car! Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Rory was especially wonderful, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a vehicle that fit everyone we needed to accommodate. His attention to detail and willingness to help made such a difference. Thank you to the whole team for making our rental experience such a great one. We truly appreciate it and would highly recommend!

  Lukas O’Rourke save our trip! We rented a car from windsor going to montreal and we had a tire leak. We went to this enterprise location and thank God, he was there to save our trip. The transaction went smoothly and fast, we changed our cars and he handled everything nicely. I asked him if we should drop the car at this location, then he said we should not worry since he has done the paper works. Thank you Lukas!
