    I would like to file a complaint regarding the poor communication and customer service experience I had at this Enterprise location. This was my first time renting a car, and I was not properly informed about important details, especially regarding the key drop box procedure. The employee who assisted me seemed very rushed the entire time and did not take the time to clearly explain the rental process or answer my questions properly. Because of the lack of communication and guidance, the experience became stressful and confusing for me as a first-time customer. I expected better customer service, clearer instructions, and more professionalism.

    I had originally booked with budget and then got concerned when I read all their negative reviews so changed last minute to this enterprise. So glad I did! Excellent customer service. Will definitely return.

    We had an excellent experience with the team at Enterprise on Gordon Street in Guelph. Nathan was friendly, professional and very responsive to our needs. We won't hesitate to rent from them again.

    Excellent car rental place here in Guelph. Ive rented off them a few times and staff always polite and friendly. Willing to help in anything. Cars are clear and really nice.
