  I had an excellent experience with Ruhi at Enterprise Car Rental on Gordon Street in downtown Guelph. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Ruhi made everything easy and stress-free, answered all my questions, and provided outstanding customer service. I am 100% satisfied with her service and would highly recommend her to anyone renting a vehicle. Thank you, Ruhi, for your great help and positive attitude! 🚗😊

  I couldn't pick up the car I had reserved because I was told there's a new policy that basically doesn't all you to to rent you a car if you drivers license is not in English or French. You must have an international drivers permit (IDP). Supposedly, the reason is to protect their assests from fraud. This was the third time I rented a car with Enterprise at Guelph. So, if you are a temporarily here, come from a non-English or French speaking country and just want to rent a car for a trip, forget about it. Don't pick Enterprise. Go to Budget, it is just next to this office. They verified my passport and license, and I had no issue. Update after reaching out Enterprise Call Center: Nothing changed. They can't help. I was told that the decision to allow them to rent a card without an IDP will depend on the manager or personnel at the branch. Overall, poor hospitality from Enterprise.
