  Great experience with Jacob at Grimsby location and Jose at Main St Hamilton location. Through no fault of the company, van I reserved unavailable (previous renter didn't return it on time). Jacob was fantastic calling other locations and working with me to make sure I got the van I needed that was the right size for our move. Jose at Main St location came through with the van and made sure it was ready for me when needed. Jacob arranged a great price for the rental in recognition of the inconvenience. Great job of the part of everyone working collaboratively to problem solve the situation and provide excellent customer service! Highly recommend them, and will definitely be back to Enterprise for future truck or auto rentals.

  The guys here are great. Really good entire truck rental. I forget my phone in the truck. Nico charged it for me. I will definitely use them again.

  CDL's BEWARE!!!! This rental location rented a truck to a local Moving company.. when I picked the truck up I thought I was going down as just a driver.. nope instead of putting the contract in the company name they put it in my Name!!! And mine only. They took the company's insurance but not there corporate business number.. fast forward once the truck was returned they claimed bogus damage of inside the box of the truck when any person knows in the transportation industry commercial trucks will incure scratches inside the box due to the transportation of goods!!! They contacted the company to claim the damages however I was not informed by enterprise Nor the said company.. as I thought the contract was in the said company's name. Fast forward to this past Saturday... I was finally contacted by a collection company telling me I owed Almost Eight Thousand dollars.. They were corresponding with said company but never contacted myself. They were emailing back and fourth but never once with me. The original price they claimed it would cost was 5000 for damages however now saying 8000.. 3 thousand in apparent interest charges that I wasn't even aware of. This company is a scam!!! Do not pick up a truck that is soupose to be in your company's name Because if they can't get the money from the company they will go after the personal truck driver. Unfortunately I don't even work for said company was just doing a favor and picking up.
