The experience exceeded my expectations, thanks to Jacob Wonder. From start to finish, Jacob was exceptionally pleasant, courteous, helpful, and fair. He made the entire rental process easy and stress-free, and his professionalism and customer service were outstanding. Jacob mentioned that he has grown the Commercial Department since taking on the role, and after my experience, I can absolutely see why. He’s a tremendous asset to Enterprise, and I sincerely hope his hard work and dedication are recognized within the company. Thank you, Jacob, for making what could have been a stressful day such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Enterprise again.

Through no fault of the company, van I reserved unavailable (previous renter didn't return it on time). Jacob was fantastic calling other locations and working with me to make sure I got the van I needed that was the right size for our move. Jose at Main St location came through with the van and made sure it was ready for me when needed. Jacob arranged a great price for the rental in recognition of the inconvenience. Great job of the part of everyone working collaboratively to problem solve the situation and provide excellent customer service! Highly recommend them, and will definitely be back to Enterprise for future truck or auto rentals.
