  Nice car, good on gas. The customer service in this location is exceptional - I needed a pickup and drop off outside of my rental and the same lady drove me both times - so wonderful and not a quiet awkward ride. 10/10 recommend this location based on service alone - on top of that they get you in and out as quick as possible! Thank you - I will return!

  The service was quick both during pickup and drop-off. It was difficult to fill the vehicle to the 3/4 tank mark. All vehicles should be issued with a full tank of gas. Apple CarPlay kept losing connection to my phone(s), making it difficult to navigate in a new City.

  I booked completely last minute and Careena (not sure the spelling) was able to get me a nice Venue as soon as I walked in basically. Great vehicle and very great service! Recommend this place!

  We live in Hamilton and go exclusively to Grimsby because the level of service is phenomenal. Everyone there is great. Whenever we need a car—as a family—we go to Enterprise Grimsby. Thank you so much!!

  I rented a vehicle from this company for four days and returned it in good faith, only to be told there was a dent on the rear bumper. The company had not taken any pictures or properly documented the vehicle’s condition before I rented it, leaving me with no way to prove that the damage was already there. I asked them to investigate rather than simply accept responsibility for the damage. Fortunately, they looked into it and discovered that there was already a claim on the vehicle for the exact same dent. They acknowledged that the vehicle should not have been rented to me in the first place. What makes this even more concerning is that I was told they perform an assessment of the vehicle before customers leave to make sure everything is documented. Clearly, that process was not done properly in this case, because the dent had already been reported on the vehicle. If I had not questioned the damage and pushed them to investigate, I could have been held responsible for something I did not do, and the claim could potentially have been filed through my insurance. I appreciate that they eventually investigated and corrected the situation, but customers should not have to fight to prove they didn’t cause pre-existing damage. If their inspection and documentation process had been done properly in the first place, this entire situation could have been avoided. I strongly recommend taking detailed pictures and videos of the entire vehicle before leaving the rental location, even if the company tells you that they have already inspected and documented it. Protect yourself, because in this situation, the company’s own process failed to catch damage that was already on the vehicle.
