  Talk about SERVICE!!!! I rented a car in Brampton today and the tire was leaking air. I got air put in it at Beverly Auto and Tore in Grimsby and noticed this place was right around the corner. I decided to stop in and see if anyone could help me and I wish I got her name… she amazing (I hope saying she was a redhead is not offensive but I think that describes her best!). I was greeted by a young blonde hair lady who showed concern when I said I needed help, she brought me in and told me to have a seat and that someone would help me. They got me into a suitable car for my trip and they were fast and friendly. The lady went outside and listened and said she heard a small whistle that sounded like an air leak and I trusted her and switched so I wouldn’t get stranded. I am so happy with the service I received here. They didn’t have to help me, but the fact that they did and made transition seamless and stress free is why I had to leave a review. Thank you ladies for all your help! And thank you to the customer Mark who gave me the bigger vehicle and took the car since my ride was significantly longer. Amazing service 10/10. Highly recommend! I wish I had their names to call them out personally!!!!

  I am a regular customer. For the past couple of months, I wait way longer for a car than usual. One time almost 30 minutes. Things feel more disorganized lately. They're rushing and only high touch cleaning the car. They haven't had the car I want either. Last car was very uncomfortable and the car before didn't have washer fluid.
