  They scammed a 78 year old, illiterate, senior. 🤬🤬Told him a 2018 black ford escape had no accidents. He put $1000 down payment and they refused to give it back when the senior took 2 people with him that know cars, one a previous mechanic. The vin was not even located on Car Fax and financing at another place could not find it either. Then they charged $895 plus tax for certification. How do you certify a car with structural damage as the unibody will never be the same??? The bill of sale stated prior leased car, daily rental, was painted, 2+ adjacent panels replaced, repo, structural damage, out of province!!! When confronted, they tried to say they write that on every sale🤣🤣😡. Nobody would buy a vehicle if they read or knew that!! How stupid does U Need A Car think people are??? DO NOT TRUST NOR BUY FROM THESE LIARS!! This will be written to the news and told to every person that NEEDS TO KNOW....like U NEED A CAR🤣🤣🤣Shame on this place!!

  Hello I don't do many reviews, but in this case i feel I need to due to the way everything was dealt with. I conducted all my Dealings with AK. He was fantastic to deal with, It was my Daughters 1st Vehicle, New License, New Driver. I want her safe on the Road, AK made sure that happened, not only did he do that, 4 weeks after we picked up the Vehicle we had issues with starting, I bought a new Battery thinking it was not holding a charge, it was not the case. I call AK he said bring it in so we can look at it. It was an electrical problem after all day in the shop they found the problem. so it's time to pickup the car, I'm thinking how much is this going to cost. I walked in AK has the keys in his hands passes them over and said no charge, (we need to make sure your Daughter has a good vehicle). I was amazed, this hands down has earned my respect. Great Job AK, Need A Car Sudbury has my future business going forward. Thank you so Much.

  I highly do not recommend need a car Sudbury Extremely poor customer service. I was interested in a vehicle, but neither dealership bothered to contact me. I never received a callback or any follow-up. If they can't take the time to respond to potential customers, it makes you wonder how they treat people after a sale. Very disappointing experience.
