The worst experience renting from enterprise I ever had was from this location. PLEASE save yourself the time and read other 1 star reviews as I experienced similar issues and then some! Merivale & the Airport never let me down, definitely 10/10 locations! This one is a hard pass & as a busy person I’d suggest to save yourself the stress and time🙏

Wish I could give zero stars. Earlier this week work booked a truck and I checked in for pickup at 4. I needed to drive to Sudbury yesterday for meetings today. They didn’t show up so I called at 4:15 and they said they were on their way. I sat and waited and called again at 4:50. They told me I had never called and scheduled the pickup and I told them I was never told I had to as the messages they sent indicated I could call or do it online. They were dismissive and told me there was nothing they could do. I pointed out this same representative had told me they were already on their way last time I called. They said they will put in a request for the branch to contact me and hung up The branch never did call. When you try to call the branch directly it is a bunch of number options and no matter what you pick (I was trying for a half hour yesterday and tried again today) it hangs up on you before you get a real person. The guy on the number they provide in your reservation is not in Canada and spent ten minutes to even realize I was in Canada despite having my reservation number and postal code and address for pickup. No answer before they closed and it was too late for me to uber to the branch before close. It’s the next day now and still no answers when I try to call, I missed my meetings since all other rental places were closed. Still trying to get there for today and no response or effort to assist me. Terrible experience.
