  Rukia assisted me with renting a car for a day trip, and she was absolutely amazing! I was looking for a reliable SUV that was also good on gas, and she listened to exactly what I needed and delivered. I was extremely happy with her service and would definitely rent from this location again. Give this girl a promotion, she’s an incredible representative of Enterprise! ⭐️

  Well done for having the available INventory and renting parameters to take care of our -5 people w/ 7 pieces of luggage in ONE direction- requirement Your counter attendants were attentive, polite and professional as well as very efficient and the execution of our sign up & departure- Well done for running an amazing company. Thank you … I’ll (do my best to remember to) use ya’ll again. The United Airlines affiliation with Avis makes it easy. But THEY couldn’t take care of us. Ha ha ! ! ! God bless you all and the executives who make collaboration and contentment requisite to cultivating & maintaining the important relationships that make a company like yours run well.   Enterprise at the Ottawa airport was an excellent experience. At check-in Rick was very helpful, polite, prompt and professional. Bringing back the vehicle was seamless as well.

  Our morning started off on the wrong foot. A vehicle we had reserved 10 days in advance was not available when we arrived to pick it up at a different location. We decided to drive to the airport, where we met Rukia Osman at Enterprise. Rukia listened carefully to our situation and immediately started making phone calls to see if she could find a solution. Because it was a long weekend, there were no vehicles of the type we had reserved available. Even so, she explored every possible option and let us know there was a chance she might be able to find us a vehicle the following day. Shortly after we left, we received a phone call from Rukia telling us that she had found the exact type of vehicle we had originally reserved. We were amazed! Rukia provided truly exceptional customer service. She went far above and beyond her responsibilities to help us, and her dedication made all the difference. Thank you so much, Rukia, for your outstanding customer service. We sincerely appreciate everything you did for us!
