  I am giving them 5 stars for their impeccable customer service. Special appreciation for Wiley, as well as Aiden and Abby. I as given a car that had a breaking system malfunction after a few kms and I had to return to the office to get another one - this unfortunately caused me to miss my appointment. However, I was promptly provided another car by Wiley who despite being very busy, managed to find me a replacement very quickly. I look forward to renting from them in the future :)

  Easy and fast check in. Very nice staff. Fairly easy to find when we arrived and easy to find our way back after our trip for drop off.

  I was told by my local enterprise I had to go to any enterprise to renew my contract because it was over a month, I tried to call 5x to ask before I came but no one answered, drove an hour and half after work and was told they couldn’t renew my contract here and also they don’t even take debit, both are things I would’ve known if they had just answered the phone. Ridiculous.

  Just was there and have a short chat with this guy who's supposedly was in charge. Go learn some manner dude and treat people nicer. I was there to upgrade my rental and he responded like I'm asking for a favor. I literally paid $780 for my rental to get this costumer service. Thank you so much guys as far as I saw there are 10 other rental companies there to pick up a Camry.

  Very poor customer service at the airport location. My dad’s car was being serviced, so we were provided with a rental vehicle. On the day of pickup, the Bank Street location only had a van available. My dad had no choice but to take it, even though he was uncomfortable driving the vehicle. They told him to return later and they would exchange it. When we first returned, they still didn’t have a suitable vehicle, so they arranged for us to exchange it at the airport location. We were told that an agreement had been set up and everything would be ready with no issues. We were also originally told that we didn’t need to put gas in the van before exchanging it. When we arrived at the airport, the employee told us we needed to put gas in the van. We had absolutely no problem doing that—the issue was the extremely rude and unprofessional way he spoke to us. While my dad and I were calmly trying to explain what the other location had told us, she said, “You can go back and tell whatever story you’re telling me to the other branch,” basically accusing us of lying. That was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. We ended up returning to the Bank Street location, where they now had another vehicle available and exchanged it for us. The Bank Street employees were very professional, kind, and helpful. A special shout-out to Omar for treating us with respect and providing great customer service. My advice to the airport location is that when hiring employees, please hire people who know how to speak to customers respectfully. The issue was never about putting gas in the vehicle it was entirely about the rude and unprofessional treatment we received.
