  Excellent experience with Enterprise! Special thanks to Adarsh and Kai for their outstanding customer service. Both were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and hassle-free, and their customer service was truly commendable. It’s great to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend Enterprise, especially Adarsh and Kai, for their excellent service!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding customer service from AD and Kai I want to specifically recognize AD and Kai for providing an exceptional rental experience. I had reserved a vehicle through Enterprise approximately two months before a planned birthday-week road trip. I also called about a month in advance to reconfirm the reservation and was assured everything was confirmed. Unfortunately, during the week of my trip, I was informed that a vehicle was no longer available. Understandably, this was extremely disappointing after planning so far in advance. I contacted this location, where AD went above and beyond to help. He was able to arrange a vehicle for me and provided an excellent offer as well. When I thanked him for his help, he simply replied, “It’s my duty.” That level of professionalism and humility deserves recognition. Kai was also extremely courteous and helpful throughout the rental process. Both employees demonstrated exactly what excellent customer service should look like. Although this location is farther away from me, it has earned my loyalty and will now be my preferred Enterprise location. For anyone looking for excellent Enterprise service in the GTA, I highly recommend giving this location a try. Thank you again to AD and Kai for making sure my birthday road trip could still happen.

Imagine booking a car TWO MONTHS ahead for your birthday-week road trip, calling again a month beforehand to confirm everything, being told everything is confirmed… and then finding out during the week of your trip that no car is available. I was beyond disappointed. Then I called this Enterprise location and spoke with AD—and the experience completely changed. AD managed to get me a vehicle and even gave me a great offer. I thanked him because he had basically saved my trip, and all he said was: “It’s my duty.” That response says everything about him. Genuine kindness, humility, and customer service without making you feel like you're asking for too much. Kai also helped me through the rental process and was incredibly polite and professional. Both of them made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. This is what customer service should be. If you want an Enterprise in the GTA where the staff genuinely care, remember this location. It isn't the closest Enterprise to me, but it doesn't matter anymore—this is where I'll be coming from now on. AD and Kai, thank you. You turned one of the most disappointing parts of my birthday week into one of the most memorable examples of great customer service I've experienced.

After planning everything so far ahead, I was incredibly disappointed. I decided to call this Enterprise location, and that's when I spoke with AD. He listened to my situation, found me a car, and even gave me an excellent offer. When I thanked him for helping me, his response was simply, “It’s my duty.” That one sentence genuinely stayed with me. No attitude, no acting like he was doing me a favour—just a person who truly believes in taking care of customers. That's the kind of kindness and professionalism you remember. Kai was equally wonderful—very polite, patient, and helpful throughout the rental process. Enterprise needs more people like AD and Kai. If you're looking for an Enterprise location in the GTA where customer service actually means something, this is the one. Even though this location is farther from me, it will now be my go-to location. Distance doesn't matter when you know you'll be treated with respect and genuinely looked after. Thank you, AD and Kai, for saving my birthday road trip and turning a terrible situation into such a positive experience. You both deserve every bit of recognition!

I genuinely had such an amazing experience at this Enterprise location, and I especially want to recognize AD and Kai for turning what started as a very disappointing situation into an unforgettable one. I had booked a car through Enterprise almost two months in advance for my birthday-week road trip. Since the trip was important to me, I even called about a month beforehand just to make sure everything was confirmed. I was reassured that my reservation was good to go. Then, during the actual week of my trip, I was suddenly told that they didn't have anything available. After planning everything so far in advance, I can't explain how disappointed I was. That's when I called this location and spoke with AD. Instead of simply telling me there was nothing he could do, AD actually tried to help. He found me a vehicle and even gave me a great offer on it. But what impressed me most wasn't just getting the car — it was his attitude. When I thanked him for helping me out, he simply said: “It’s my duty.” That honestly stayed with me. Sometimes such a simple response tells you everything about a person's character and how seriously they take care of their customers. He didn't act like he had done me some huge favour or expect anything in return — he was just genuinely kind and wanted to help. And it wasn't only AD. Kai was also extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the rental process. The level of customer service from both of them was exceptional. Enterprise needs more people like AD and Kai. If you're looking for an Enterprise location in the GTA where people actually care about their customers, this is the one I would recommend. This location isn't even the closest one to me, but from now on, it will absolutely be my go-to Enterprise location. I would rather travel a little farther and know I'm going somewhere I'll be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. At the end of the day, that's all we really want as customers — great service and people who genuinely care.
