  I came in no one acknowledge I was in the store another gentlemen came in behind me and they went to serve him first. If you're a person of color they don't want your business. I left.

  If I could rate this a minus I would Not only I was lied to by the person working on that Saturday in June But I was made look like a liar when I met with two other staff on Monday of that weekend in June Let’s recap I order some brakes for my Chevy Cruze which after I gave the correct part no he manage to mess up sold me the wrong size So that’s understandable so far but wait I call the guy up he tells me they are closing in 5 min it’s almost 12 on a sat ok and I quote he said if u can be here in 5 min I’ll wait I have a phone witness to this ? I got there within the 5 min no one there store closed ? So I moved forward got replacement part at Napa’s down the rd On Monday when I return the part for a refund And told what had happened on sat one staff member denied what was the phone conversation to his co worker When I told both I had a friend actually my repair man whom could testify to the conversation This other staff member said to who’s your friend or mechanic I said his name and then he tells me oh he is not allowed in store anymore??? So I was made to look like a liar which I do not appreciate On top of this when I could not provide the proper receipt but I had my debit bank proof of the purchase He said to his co worker give him his refund he is not coming back here anymore anyway ??? Can you believe this I was stunned I feel sorry for the older man who works there the order picker seems like a nice fellow But I can’t say much of three other stooges you know who you are Shame on you My name is renaid power and i would most definitely would not recommend this auto parts place Car quest Georgetown stay away

  Hello Fellow Canadians, It is never a good sign when I an internet search for a Georgetown Ontario Canada store directs me to a US website that doesn't recognize Canadian stores. I won't give them my business and will buy from a Canadian location with a Canadian recognized website. Even Walmart does a better job at finding products in Canadian stores at Canadian prices. Look what happened to Target after all. Canadian Tire here I come to buy my battery!
