Best car rental place delt with in 15 years no bs just here is your keys thanks for chosen National car rental perfect cheers hope you all switch to best rental place in Ontario told where was going they upgraded me for same price Amal Varghese said you will like this car on long road trips help full and still under 10 mins out the door same with returning an amazing company glad made the change from enterprise or driving force both are horrible. Have to wait and charge way more .

- RGRaymond GuangMay 21, 20263.0Overall the rental experience was average. The car itself drove fine, but there were a couple of issues that could have been handled better. Upon pickup at the airport, the fuel tank was not full. I mentioned this to the customer service staff, and was told I would be reimbursed if I returned the car with a full tank. Unfortunately, no reimbursement was provided when I returned the vehicle with a full tank. Another issue was the key fob, which was unreliable throughout the trip. I eventually had to replace the battery myself, and when doing so, noticed the old battery was not even the correct size, which explains why it only worked intermittently. It would be good if the rental company could inspect these kinds of details more carefully before handing vehicles over to customers. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement.
