  Very smooth experience overall, and all the staff were very helpful. Price is very good, when compared to U-haul or Home Depot. The van itself was new , clean and surprisingly fuel efficient. They even dropped me off at Terminal 1- which was super helpful this morning. Thanks again.

  Great place. Had a reservation for a week booked from insurance company. Car was stolen from The Sandman Hotel snatch and grab location on Reading RD. Went there after trip was ruined to get a shit box to get the hell home. Kind man looked at me like i was from canada and didn't even type in the reservation and said that don't mean anything... Like what the hell? Full confirmation email from Enterprise.... Guy told me he could have a car a few days later.... ya that wouldn't work. nearly took a train home. Uber to another location, worker shook his head and entered the reservation number, clearly was indeed a reservation for me. Do better, hire some people that have a brain. Never again.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I had a confirmed reservation but arrived approximately one hour late. I understand that being late can affect availability, but I was told that the branch would call me if there were no vehicles available. They never called me, and my reserved vehicle was simply given away. When I went to the branch, I tried to make another reservation so I could still get a vehicle. Instead of helping me find an alternative, they cancelled my reservation and gave me a significant amount of attitude, repeatedly making it seem like everything was entirely my fault and claiming they have no vehicles available for me even though i was able to reserve online.. I understand that I was late, but the lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. Chloe the “branch manager” was extremely disrespectful and didn’t even want to make accommodation for me. I was left without a vehicle, unable to make another reservation through the system because the carlingview location claims they have no vehicles (mind you the lot looks full of economy vehicles) and told I now have to wait for Corporate to deal with the situation. A much better approach would have been to communicate with me and make a reasonable effort to find another vehicle rather than dismissing me and cancelling my reservation entirely. Very disappointing and disrespectful customer service when discussing the matter with Chloe Benning and definitely not the experience I expected.

  We had an issue with our rental car and shared our concerns with Michael when we returned it. He handled everything very professionally and was genuinely apologetic. We went in thinking it would be our last time renting from this location but after the great customer service we left saying we’ll definitely be back!

  Best service and experience at check in, drop off, and loved the car I rented for five weeks. It really came down to the amazing customer service of Michael B. Even though he was visibly busy when I checked in, he took the time to get me the vehicle I wanted, and upon drop off, he arranged someone to take us to the airport. I've rented at this location regularly for over a decade, and although the service has always been decent, it was never as good as this time. Thanks Michael. You helped make my summer holiday in Toronto better.
