Rented a car from the Carlingview location today and had a great experience. Dylan was the representative who helped me, and he was absolute perfection. Super friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The whole pickup process was smooth and quick. Highly recommend this location, and make sure to ask for Dylan if you want stellar service!

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I booked a full-size vehicle and ended up being given a midsize instead. The employee’s excuse was that it was the only option available, and they couldn’t even be bothered to offer a discount for the downgrade. So you’re expected to pay full price for a vehicle you never booked? What a joke. If you can’t provide the vehicle customers reserve, at least have the curtesy to compensate them

Great location, great service from Michael and Gaurav; made the entire rental experience go so easily! Can't complain about the price either!

Exceptional service and will rent again at this location in a heartbeat. Chloe did everything she could to get us on the road after a terrible experience with budget at the airport. Also a shout out to the lovely lady whom drove us back to our hotel. That was above and beyond anything we had expected and it was greatly appreciated. Just wish I’d gotten her name to commend her personally. If you read this, you shared the story about your husband and his issues with Budget. Thank you again ladies, and the next time we’re in Toronto, we’re coming to rent from you!

Nikki was absolutely amazing! This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had when renting a vehicle. When I came in to pick up the truck, there were quite a few things I wasn’t familiar with and some parts of the process I didn’t fully understand. Nikki was incredibly patient, welcoming, and helpful. She took the time to walk me through everything, explain things clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable before leaving. She made the entire rental process feel seamless and stress-free. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience, and Nikki went above and beyond.
