    Excellent customer services I was picked up from shop by Enterprise employe to my rental and back to my vehicle when my car was ready. They made it easy for me with no hassles. Big thanks to the 2 gentleman the shuttled me and another big thanks to the gentleman at front desk, I wish I would have go there names to post.

    I had a bad experience with ith Terence at the Rexdale branch. I had booked a car for one day and had called to confirm I can drop off the keys at the drop-off box upon return the same day. He said they will need to charge for a minimum of 2 days which is not what the reservation says nor what I discussed on call at the branch. I have been a regular enterprise customer and this was really annoying.

    I initially left a one-star review, but the manager at this location, Terence, promptly resolved the issue and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. I appreciate his professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service.

    I rented a car for 10 days from enterprise. The staff there are wonderful, so friendly willing to help you in any way they can. And the guys that wash your car are great. They drove me to pick up my car when it was done. Fabulous experience. Thank you so much. Enterprise.
