  Long time Enterprise client in Montreal. I hesitated to rent here at first due to alot of bad comments online. But glad I still rented one. The service was super quick, zero wait. I’ve booked the car 2 only days in advance online, and confirmed online 1 day prior. I had 3 choices of SUV offered to me on the spot. Also, The airport Express bus #900 seems to pass right infront of the office. I will definatly use it next time from my way back to work. Thanx to the Enterprise Team, I Will keep renting there. 10/10

  Friendly staff; Great rental options and prices ; I’ve been a long time customer and remember those days when renting a car with Enterprise offered great value. Glad that staff are still pleasant and friendly ; the branch was a bit far from me but I would rent there again for sure

  I had a reservation for six days, and a very uninformed employee, or someone who simply didn’t feel like doing their job, told me that they couldn’t give me the car because I supposedly needed an international driving permit in English, which they claimed was mandatory. However, that is not the case. My driver’s license is in Spanish and uses the Latin alphabet. Their own policy states that an international driving permit is recommended, not mandatory. What a frustrating experience. They completely disrupted my plans and schedule.

  This was my first and last time renting from this location. **The Positive** A staff member named Tammy was wonderful. Despite the location being short-staffed—which she clearly communicated—she remained polite, calm, and efficient. Understanding the situation, I waited patiently and was able to leave with my vehicle about 50 minutes after arriving. **The Negative** Another associate (a male with dark hair and a beard) walked me to the vehicle for inspection, which went smoothly. After asking me to start the car to check the fuel level, he asked how long I had been waiting. When I mentioned it had been about an hour, he bluntly responded, "Well, maybe you shouldn't be renting a car on the weekend then." This comment was completely unprovoked, as I had not complained once and remained patient throughout the entire process. I also observed him speaking to other customers in the same dismissive manner. To top it off, he maintained the same rude attitude when I returned the vehicle. This associate needs to change his approach or acquire a non customer service job.

  Great experience. Multiple times I’ve used them. Highly recommended. Courteous and understanding. They went above and beyond to open and make sure I got a car just after 6pm. They could have said no; but got me going. Edit: I rented again yesterday. Tanya was above and beyond. Thank you Tanya. Highly recommended location.
