  This location saved our day in a serious bind. We came close to their closing time and they rightfully could have refused to help us. They went over and above what was ever expected to ensure we got a vehicle due to being stranded due to an accident. We genuinely appreciated their efforts.

  One star at most. Booked a vehicle for my father’s funeral days prior. Showed up to the location, had to wait half an hour before someone could even talk to me. Then was told they not only don’t have the car but don’t have any car in that option. Now I’m stuck without a car and the 6 other passengers I was supposed to drive to the funeral now have to uber. So ridiculous, horrible customer service and horrible booking system. If they don’t have cars they shouldn’t let you book that vehicle class. The expectation that people will settle for other cars is ridiculous. I have been loyal to enterprise but will never be reserving a vehicle through them again.

  Ridiculous. Took 65 minutes to take possession of the rental. I spent 22 minutes waiting behind someone who kept talking then didn't even have the money to pay. Then, I waited over 40 minutes while the exterior was washed...no, completely unnecessary. And because GTA, no drop box. You'll want to avoid this one, BRUTAL.

  If I ever own rental car company a rental , Andy will be my right hand man😀He was absolutely outstanding. On Friday, June 12, he was working on his own and handled everything with grace and professionalism. Even when some clients became upset, he remained calm, composed, and respectful, making sure everyone was attended to appropriately. I truly enjoyed the service and the vehicle. Employees like Andy are the reason customers return. He deserves recognition and honestly, a raise! Thank you, Andy, for making the experience such a positive one. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car again because of you.
