He was super patient, helpful and understanding through the whole process, especially since our dealership kept changing their mind about the rental and how long we would need it. He made everything so easy and stress-free, and even picked up my husband from our home to bring him to get the rental. He really went above and beyond to help us out! Thank you so much, Hewad, for the amazing customer service and for being so patient with all the back and forth. We really appreciated it!

Booked via Expedia, so I figured perhaps third party whatever…nope Enterprise website also showed availability for exact same time/dayes/Location. There are a lot of reviews like this on their page. Emailed CBC Marketplace…some of you other people should too.

I waited for 20 minutes only to have the call being dropped because 5pm is when the branch closes The day of pickup I called the branch, waited another 15 minutes only hold, got the same message “ and was told everyone was at the branch was busy helping other customers.” I was still on hold by the time I walked in and there’s 0 clients in the branch I picked up my vehicle with less than 30% gas I wasn’t able to proceed unless I gave another persons phone number “to have on file” , not sure why? Do people steal cars? I was clearly in a rush and the rep had 0 sense of urgency and did not care
