  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Coco and Jimmy are absolute ROCKSTARS. This Enterprise location on Laird Drive has officially become my go-to whenever I’m in Toronto. It’s incredibly convenient for me because it’s close to my family’s home, and I love that I can avoid the whole airport rental-car experience. But what really makes this location stand out is the service. Coco and Jimmy are friendly, professional, efficient, accommodating and genuinely go above and beyond. They make the entire process easy and stress-free, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. It’s rare to find customer service this good. Enterprise, take care of these two — they are exceptional representatives of your company. I’ll absolutely continue renting from this location whenever I’m back in Toronto. Thank you, Coco and Jimmy, for being so fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I've rented twice at this location and both the times had a pleasant experience. The staff were nice and explained required parts well. As off hours return is available, was able to return when required. Location is a bit off, but manageable with public transport

  My girlfriend booked a car for 8 AM today, and she had to wait 18 minutes inside the office (the staff member was super late)—from 8 AM until she finally got checked in. Then she had the pleasure of getting her car only half an hour after that. Completely understaffed, and the staff member (a man) was late. I highly don't recommend this agency if you want to be on time. Not professional at all, and the staff is incompetent.
