  Dropped off the rental, called shortly after about my magnetic phone mount and they said they didn’t have it and would take my info and call me back. No call back, called next day, took my phone number and no call back. Wouldn’t care much but it’s a $50 mount and would like it back

  I had a great experience renting from the Enterprise Dundas location. For my pickup I interacted with both Raj and Malachi and for the drop off, Malachi handled the return. They both made the process seamless and provided friendly service. I would definitely rent from this location again.

  How come it takes 63 mins to pick up a car while only 2 customers ahead of me? I had to change my doctor appointment for it. What’s the point of those “nice chatting, and what’s your day” talking? Just do the job will make my day better. The downtown Hamilton location is 10x faster.
