  Great customer service, vehicle condition, overall the executive that handled the pick up & drop was nice & kind Malachi & his colleague Raj called next day to check in everything was fine with the car since I’d mentioned about the road trip. Thanks

  Haven’t returned my vehicle yet but I just wanted to say Malachi was such a phenomenal customer service representative. Nicest and most welcoming customer experience I’ve ever had. Props to him.

  We had a family emergency away from our home. We had rented a car from Oakville. The staff, especially Raj( I think that was his name) were so helpful, kind. Restored my faith in humanity. Will go there for any car rentals needed.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company. I reserved a large SUV six months in advance specifically to pick up my child from university, only to arrive and be told that the vehicle I booked was not available. The staff offered a much smaller vehicle that did not meet our needs and showed very little urgency in resolving the issue. What is the point of making a reservation so far in advance if the company cannot honour it? There was no proactive communication, no sincere apology, and no meaningful attempt to accommodate us. Because of the lack of cargo space, we were forced to leave behind and dispose of several items, creating unnecessary stress and expense. Very poor planning and customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone relying on a specific vehicle type for an important trip.
