  Thank you to Beverly Tire & Auto. From the men at front desk ( Dean) to the mechanic who serviced my car. The professionalism and hard working men at this location made me feel good knowing my car was in good hands.Everything was explained prior and after the service. Thank you.

  Just found out they threw away my tires to make room for new ones. They said they were making room for new tires and were throwing away those that had been there more than 2 years. Mine hadn’t been there that long, but they were overdue because when I went in last spring, they did the oil change but forgot to change the tires! At the time, I said that’s okay, I’ll just come back in the spring. Made an appointment for this may. They just called to tell me they threw them out. Said they called someone twice. I got no calls. I said, so I’m out my brand new tires because of your mistakes? They said we have no evidence of those mistakes. Terrible. Do not bring your car here.
