  I had some repairs my car needed and took my car to the Dundas location. I can't thank Jason enough for the extremely professional approach he took when taking care of my car. Jason walked me through the process of what I needed. Upon doing the repair they showed me things I may need to take care of in the future instead of screwing me over and up selling me. The work was done promptly and with care, Dev at the front desk was also a pleasure to work with. The whole crew here is top notch. They even gave me a donut! Thanks guys for the awesome work and cheerful environment.

  My father was rear ended in the winter. Jason and his team did a seamless repair (I mean absolutely pristine) while keeping us well informed throughout. Excellent service. Thank you guys.

  I was advised by my insurance company to take my car to this collision center (Assured Dundas Collusion 386 Mill Street )for repairs. After the work was completed, I went to pick up my car and discovered that valuable items were missing from inside the vehicle. I immediately reported this issue to both the collision center and the insurance company. Instead of helping resolve the situation, they asked me to provide proof that the items were in the car. Unfortunately, I do not have proof, as these were personal belongings I had no reason to document beforehand. Since explaining this to them, I have not received any response or follow up from the collision center. The lack of accountability, communication, and customer support has been extremely disappointing. I trusted their recommendation and expected my vehicle and belongings to be handled responsibly, but that trust was not respected. I would advise others to be very cautious and remove all personal items before leaving their vehicle, as there appears to be no support if something goes missing.

  Honestly, the best experience I've had with a body shop. Tom's kindness and professionalism absolutely blew me away, he truly turned a horrible situation into something much better. I'm definitely going to continue using this body shop and highly recommend them to my friends.

  We have had work done or our vehicles here twice. The work was explained, done on time, and done very well. Terry is an honest and very helpful man.
