  Extremely rude attendant, who actually hung up the phone whilst I was trying to understand from him why they charged me for an additional day when I brought back the vehicle the day before. Also Vehicle was quite dirty on the outside, windows dirty. Very poor reflection on National as I have rented from other national locations in the US and experience much better service. You all need to change your key return policy for weekends.

  Ethan was an incredible help in providing us with a suitable vehicle for our travels in Northwestern Ontario. While we may have had some issues with the first vehicle given to us, Ethan provided the highest level of customer service that demonstrated respect for our time lost with the original car, and a new vehicle that ran very smoothly without any further problems. His kindness, consideration, and proactive communication (by phone and text) was extremely appreciated and unlike any other rental service available in Northwestern Ontario. Highly recommend connecting with Ethan at National for any rentals in the Dryden area. It was a great place to rent from and they were always there to help (even going above and beyond in dire situations)!

  Great place to rent a car, the staff is excellent and always there to help. I have used them many times and they are located right inside the Best Western Hotel in Dryden.

  Have rented cars frequently from this location. The location manager, Nora is excellent. She works with the client to do the best for the client's situation. Does her best given a small fleet to provide a car the client prefers and is willing to answer questions and provide information to client's when they ask. For a small National Car Rental location and what this location has in terms of vehicles, the service is extremely good, professional and dependable. I have not rented elsewhere locally and think Dryden is very fortunate to have such an excellent, and convenient, National car rental service and location. Thanks Nora!
