  Had good service there. Unlike the Enterprise on Pitt St, they don't upsell you without explaining CLEARLY that you probably don't need the extras and don't try to make you feel like a moron for saying no.

  If I could sue them I would. I reserved a CAR on National Car Rental website. I wanted to make sure if I could leave my car at their place while I am away. The agent asked my name and reservation #. I gave it to him. He said he would not rent me the car I reserved. I said why?, he said I reserved it tooo cheap. I said I reserved it from your website, so why its my fault. The agent said, he would not rent me a car even if I am a prime-mister of Canada. I called the 1800#. The agent on the phone said I should talk to someone in escalation. When I talked to someone in escalation, it was apparently in the US, so could not help. I called another # given by the US escalation agent. When I called them, the guy could not speak proper English but was nice enough to listen to my complaint. I requested him to talk to the agent at the location where I m renting my car from. So when we called to talked to the agent, the agent said he is busy and would not want to waste his time. !@#$%^

  God bless the employees at this location especially Randy. I was having some car issues and unfortunately was unable to rent a car as I was under 25 but he gladly offered to drop me off at the rail station without complaint. Thank you Randy and National Car Rental for the amazing customer service :)
