  Worst customer service . Teller thought it was funny that my daughter was in a car accident. Our insurance set up the rental . Teller said we have you reservation . We dont have your car . Wouldn't show what else was available . Daughter is a teacher and needs to be bavk at work an hour away . Teller could not understand that due to my daughter's work hours and there business hours this was the only time other than a weekend to pick up a rental unless I could pick it up . I rent cars there personally and through our insurance. The Teller acted like I never rented from them and I dont have insurance and also refused to let me speak to a manager. My family amd friends will no longer be using this business and on the bright side our insurance found another place in 5 minutes after leaving enterprise and a minute after than thw new rental place called us and set up the pick up arrangement. NEVER SETTLE FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  Fast and easy online booking system. Pre-pickup check in. They didn't have the car I reserved so they gave mr a no charge upgrade. Simple return. Will rent from them again.

  I had a great experience at this Enterprise branch location. Customer service was top notch. I did my booking online and was able to get the vehicle that I booked for once I went into the branch. Overall it was an easy, quick and comfortable experience.

  As a frequent renter, I feel qualified to say Cornwall Enterprise is 12/10 for customer service. They listen to your needs and go above and beyond to provide exactly the rental experience you need. Recently my rental broke down in Northern Ontario and they had me on my way in a new car in under 30 minutes. Great value for your rental dollar. Thank you people!
