  I had booked a compact SUV online. When I arrived, there were only a few compact SUVs avaialable and they were very small for my needs. Despite being very busy and having no available options, I was given a minivan that had ample size. Because it was early and I wanted to get a good start on my day, I was very impressed with the understanding and professionalism of the crew. I got my upgrade at a very fair price and was on my way. The extra space allowed me to easily fit in all my luggage and provide my family with a very comfortable ride. Cornwall Enterprise continually offers above average service and is willing to work with clients to make sure they are satisfied! I appreciate this location very much.

  Excellent Rental service from start to finish. Booking process were smooth and the staffs were friendly and professional. Special thanks to Tari, Brian and Jeril. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service stood out. They made everything quick and easy, answered all my questions and ensured i had a great vehicle that met my needs. I got lucky and got a brand new truck. Pick up and drop off was the easiest and hassle free. Highly recommend this place. and I would definitely happily rent from them again.

  OMG. The customer service at this location was outstanding. I was very happy with the car. I recommend my friends in need of a rental, to go to Enterprise in Cornwall and ask to speak with Dennet Ross, Assistant Manager!!! The best customer service ever. Thank you guys. See you in October for my next rental.

  Jeril Deserves to Manage This Location!I rent from Enterprise in Cornwall frequently, and Jeril provides absolutely awesome service every single time. He is professional, efficient, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth rental process. His exceptional customer service and leadership qualities are obvious. Honestly, Jeril should be managing this location. Highly recommended!

  Friendly , knowledgeable staff. Great vehicle with low mileage. Only comment is to make vehicles as scent free as possible. Some perfumes , scent maskers are very strong. And if a previous customer made it that strong, they should air out the vehicle before renting it out. Otherwise it was perfect in all ways.
