I use to go to Mr. Lube because of the vast locations. But because of my experience here, this is my new go to, and will definitely will be coming back. Raj the technician who assisted me was very knowledgable. And Wendy the mechanic’s energy made my day. Thanks you guys for switching me to a better service provider.

The bay in front of me opened and they asked me to let the car that was waiting go ahead which I was fine with as they were waiting before me When the next bay opened, they brought in a van the after after I did + after another vehicle. I waited another 10 minutes to get in Service staff didn't seem to have any urgency at all. Not sure if they were short staffed - there was no acknowledgement about the long wait and slow service Service time once I was in the bay was 21 mi utes. Absolutely will not be back to this location Edit: on top of everything they didn't fill the washer fluid as indicated on their checklist. Who knows what else they cut corners on or skipped.
