  Great location close by; great customer service and the availability of rental in less then 24 hrs. Rented here before and will rent at this location again. Good job to the folks at Enterprise in Concord, Ontario.

  I want to say a big thank you to the staff here. I was late when I picked up my car, and I had to turn down their available option at the moment because of my need for the color for a special event. They are kind enough to clean the other car on demand even though it’s almost an hour later than the time they are supposed to close. Thank you so so much for working around a customer’s time and saving me lots of trouble

  I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for a long time and am also an Enterprise Plus Gold member. I have rented from the Enterprise location at 8600 Yonge Street many times and have always received excellent service. The branch manager, Habib Abdullahi, is professional, helpful, and truly cares about his customers. The rest of the staff are also friendly, polite, efficient, and welcoming. I highly recommend this location. Thank you to Habib and the entire team for consistently providing such a positive rental experience!

  Very disappointing customer service Date: August 14, 2026 — 8:45 AM I called this Enterprise location three separate times, and each time someone answered the phone but said absolutely nothing. The call would just remain connected with no response until I eventually had to hang up. If you’re answering the phone, at least acknowledge the customer or explain that someone will be with them shortly. Answering a call and staying completely silent three times is extremely frustrating and makes it feel like the only reason the call was answered was to stop the phone from ringing. Very poor customer service and definitely not the experience I expected from Enterprise.

  Not a great experience renting a vehicle this week. The staff, Hannah, and Habib made it impossible for my son to rent a car, as they suggested he had an improper payment method!! My son is a Veteran and has the highest security clearance there is, and no amount of ID would satisfy these two agents. The world has turned digital my friends!!! A digital credit card was offered. Shame on you for treating our military so very poorly. Staff suggesting they were following their policy. Most definitely will look elsewhere for future car rentals. Never ran into this with any other Enterprise location--just this one!! Extremely disappointed in how you treat your valued (military) customers!!
