Enterprise claims that "safety is our priority," but based on how I was treated, that is nothing more than a hollow marketing slogan. I came in specifically to exchange a vehicle that had a significant mechanical safety issue. Instead of being met with concern for my safety or a professional solution, I dealt with the manager, Sushant Sharma, who was extremely rude and dismissive. It is shocking that a manager would show such a blatant lack of accountability when a customer is reporting a dangerous vehicle. If you value your safety—and your sanity—avoid this location. Being treated with such hostility while trying to rectify a safety hazard is completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a brand like Enterprise, but this management is a disaster.
