I called them a week later to check arrangements and they told me my reservation was canceled but they hadn't done the paperwork yet to let me know. Glad I didn't just turn up on the day to no car!
- TBTim BirchDec 18, 20195.0Customer service at this location is top-notch made my rental very easy and accommodating. even gave me a ride to the shop that my pickup was in for repairs after I return the rental. Definitely would rent from them again. 10+ service.

What you are being offered on the phone is not want you receive. When I ran into challenges there was no customer service and no follow through. Unfortunately the owner Frank did not offer any help either. This is not the company you want to deal with.

They came to my rescue twice; the first time another unnamed car rental agency called me 20 minutes before to say they had no cars for me.. the national came to my rescue. The second time they did a superb job in coordinating to get me to the train station quickly so I wouldn’t miss my train. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
