Was rear ended in early April. Dropped off my car at the Reagent location but had all my repairs done at the Chelmsford site. Staff is extremely friendly and supportive. Communication on repair status was given fairly regularly (don't expect week to week updates, just major ones). Overall, the repair was done really well. Can barely tell I was in an accident at all. Paint was matched well. All computer system, cameras and sensors are working properly.
I must take 1 star off cause upon initial contact I was advised repairs would be completed by May 1. I didn't get my car back until May 28. I cannot fault them completely due to delays in parts being shipped, also the brand of my car isn't common in Sudbury so delays would be expected and also with the amount of sensors present in cars today, the repairs have to be precise. I just didn't like the underestimated time, but I sorta knew that already going in. Also, upon return of my car, I was advised it would be "detailed". My expectation when that word is used is that the exterior and interior would be immaculate. While I wouldn't say it was filthy but the interior was visbily dusty, there was this weird black junk in my cupholders and my personal belonging was thrown all over the place in the trunk (I get you might not know where I want my things to go but it can be done more neatly). Needless to say, I had to clean the interior myself after I brought the car back home (highly recommend P&S xpress interior cleaner).
Overall, I would recommend this repair center. Repair was done properly. Staff are friendly and they communicated regularly. Cannot critique price as all repairs was paid out by my insurance.

This is my second time dealing with this location and I can't say enough about the staff, considering it's unfortunate to have to go to a Collison centre at all. Brittany, Rene, Steph really went above and beyond to get me all of the information I needed and I feel like they really took care of me. It made the whole incident easier. Thank you so much for your time and care.

Awesome wonderful staff. They are there to help you through the process with great service and patience. Well informed and updated my vehicle regularly. I’m very happy with the wonderful job that Assured did on my car. Great job!
