    Rental was through our insurance and due to evolving situations the pickup and drop off locations had to change multiple times. Enterprise was able to seamlessly adapt to these changes with no upcharge. We liked the vehicle we were given so much, we bought the same model.

    The team was super friendly and professional. Very dependable. They made the pick up and drop off smooth, hassle-free and super efficient. They made sure everything was good before I hit the road. The VW Jetta I had was spotless. Dropping it off was easy, no complications. I would definitely rent here again if I ever need to.

    Went to the chatham location today to pick up the premium suv we had reserved weeks ago to take our staff on a retreat for weekend, we arrived and were told that they had contacted someone else with the same name (different email, address and phone number than what the reservation was made with) and since this person had never made a reservation they canceled it and had nothing comparable to offer us. So here we are now stuck without a vehicle even though we had planned weeks in advance. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't never recommend to anyone.
