  I've brought my car to MacPherson's a few times. Every time they have done good work, I've had no issues after, and the bill is often lower then what they quoted me for. The reason I give 3 starts is because they often take a long time, and I have had a few issues with miscommunications. Last time I brought my car in I asked for a specific quote and after telling them not to go ahead with that job, they ended up doing it. Again, just a miscommunication, but one that was pretty avoidable. After brining it up with the staff, they never apologized but they did get much more clear and over communicated afterwards. EDIT: I updated my review to 4 stars. Spencer, called me and felt very bad about the miscommunication and offered to reimburse me for the work that I didn't want done. Thank you Spencer. That's a real stand up move.

  I came in for an oil change and the service was excellent. During the oil change they found my tires were worn and Informed me right away and recommend an alignment as well, I got a reasonable quote from them. Marc went above and beyond with his customers service. I'll definitely be a return customer.

  I’ve been a couple of times now and have been quite impressed with the reasonable pricing and excellent advice and service. Happy to have a “go to” mechanic!

  This was my first visit to Macpherson’s, since I was going to wait for my vehicle there was a comfortable waiting area to do so, my vehicle was ready when promised, and even though I thought the price a bit high they worked with me to come to a mutual agreement. Great customer service, would recommend them.
