  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I was in a stressful situation and needed help fast, and the team at Hank's Tire completely came through for me. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with honesty, respect, and genuine care — not like just another customer. The service was incredibly fast, professional, and done right the first time. You can tell these guys actually know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road, and honestly turned a really bad day into a great experience. What stood out most was how real and down-to-earth everyone was. No upselling, no nonsense, just hardworking people helping someone out when they really needed it. That kind of service is rare now. This is the kind of local business people should support. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you again to the whole team at Hank’s — you were a total lifesaver.

  I used Hanks for the usual tire and storage service for a number of years and one day, a manager, who I liked, left Hanks, for reasons unknown to me. Not long after that manager quit or was terminated, I decided to take my Mercedes Benz R350 Turbo Diesel to Hanks for the oil change special I kept hearing advertised on 88 AM radio. The oil change 'special', ended up with oil flooding the entire engine compartment, above & below - and eventually - after the poor engine compartment cleaning job - and filter & O-ring replacement - installation - the residual oil left on the engine compartment parts below, where where you can see - caused overheating of some engine parts - my vehicle broke down, while trying to get back home AND I required a tow and service, which included the heat damage to the alternator, and the extra engine shampoo that should have been done, to begin with! It cost me over $1,200 at CTC. Hanks Tire Supply tried blaming the oil flooding the engine compartment, on 'a faulty O-ring' - oh, SURE it WAS... NOT! I was told by a former mechanic, that in-experienced technicians will often not prime\grease the O-rings, and that they will fail, exactly like it did at Hank's Oil Change Special. I should have known better that to continue to go there, considering there was, almost always, a sign looking for new technicians... I never received compensation for the damage from that oil change special! Let that be a warning to the faint-hearted... I passed by two days ago and noticed the TIRECRAFT signs are no longer up.
