  I recently rented a truck and had a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch, and the vehicle itself was in great condition. Their availability was surprisingly good, which was a huge relief for my plans. I really appreciated the help from the staff members who assisted me Hrishi and Zack! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing a rental!

  Great experience renting a cargo van from enterprise truck rental, Cambridge. I was attended by Zach, who was very pleasant, explained all documents quickly, gave me couple of truck options and did a quick walk through of the vehicle I chose. It was my first time driving a vehicle of this size and Zach explained everything which made me comfortable during my rental period. Return experience was also pretty smooth and no extra charges were added for the few extra kilometres I added. Will be returning to this location for any future needs.

  I used the online booking. When I showed up to pick up the 16' truck to move, the Cambridge location said they have my reservation but the only 16' truck they had was booked. They tried to up sell me to a 20' truck but when I was shown it was a power lift gate and a high deck height not a ramp and a low deck height, I cancelled the booking and took my business elsewhere. Don't use the online booking unless you want to take a chance on being truckless on moving day.

  I had an outstanding experience at the 100 Sheldon Drive, Cambridge location. Staff were incredibly coordinated and helpful. Highly recommended.
