Call enterprise to rent a cube van for a day totally got the runaround was directed to one location stating they had a truck there showed up. No trucks was told it wouldn’t be till the following day or I would have to drive 45 km to another location. Totally unacceptable. Return the vehicle to a different enterprise location never received a final invoice or bill I was told by the agent where I dropped the truck off that because it’s a different location the invoice would be coming from the original pick up location totally bogusI paid for the truck in full on Visa would not recommend this company.

What a great experience renting from this Cambridge! Cam was amazing, very polite and even with a small error I made, he corrected it on the spot with no issues and it was a flawless rental! Will rent from here again soon.

Zach was great! Was very friendly and welcoming, explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. He also took the time to show me how the vehicle and how the lift gate worked. Great pricing and an excellent box truck rental. Would definitely choose Enterprise Cambridge again!

I dealt with Zach he was amazing! Super understanding and easy to deal with. My truck broke that morning and he helped get me the rental and everything so I could hit the road in a timely manner. 10/10 wouldn’t go anywhere else such a pain free experience even with being overwhelmed and stressed out already.

The branch manager, Zach and the staff were friendly, welcoming and provided my rental in a timely manner. Accommodations to drop rentals after hours was also very helpful.
