  Booked a car rental using their website. I had reserved a premium model, but the model came back damaged so they had to give me something else. Lynsey helped me during my pickup and drop-off. The entire experience was very seamless. They apologized for the issue (not really their fault to begin with), and they gave me options as well as offered me best pricing due to the switch. I appreciate the quick and hassle free process of getting into and out of the rental.

  I had a great experience renting a Dodge Durango from Owen and Jo for the weekend. They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they were quick to respond, and everything went smoothly with the rental. The Durango was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. I really appreciate how professional and accommodating Owen and Jo were throughout the whole process. Would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free rental experience!

  Had an amazing experience renting an SUV here. The entire process was seamless, thanks to the wonderful front desk staff. I accidentally left my cell phone and perfume in the vehicle, and the team was quick to return my items after I left. A huge thanks to Jimmy and Tariq for the great driving service. Highly recommend this team for their excellent customer service.

  Wow, what a mess this was. Arrived to pick up my rental car and the small location was packed. I found out why quite soon. Cars as reserved were not available. They seemed to have lots of minivans but not much else and people weren’t happy! I would have taken one even though I reserved a small car. After 50 minutes of being in line and then waiting, I finally got a vehicle. But they didn’t clean it from the last person (I had already waited for almost an hour, so I said Okay to that). There was vomit on the floor of the car, which I did try to clean with a wet cloth. I was doing a one way rental, dropped it off the next day. The people at the drop off told me I would get a phone call shortly from Cambridge to close off the file. When I didn’t hear from them by the next afternoon, I called. And then they couldn’t handle it! They had to call me back after they figured it out. Three different reason were given to me by three different staff members for the chaos and terrible service. Not sure which one was true, but this place has major problems.

  They definitely know how to take a reservation, but apparently not how to hold one. Total chaos at this Enterprise location. We had a vehicle reserved, arrived expecting to pick it up, and instead found 10+ customers waiting with basically one employee trying to serve everyone. The crazy part? Most people waiting had reservations, yet nobody seemed to be getting the vehicle they actually reserved. When our turn finally came, we were offered alternate dates. Alternate dates?? Why would I make a reservation if I needed the car on another day? If you actually need a specific vehicle on a specific day, I’d seriously consider another Enterprise location. A reservation should mean something.
